Just an absolute joke of a company. All these 1- and 2-star reviews are no exaggeration for how poor of an operation this is.Like others have mentioned, they don't give you any sort of a window other than 'the whole day'. Then the phlebotomist will randomly call and say they're 10 minutes away; and you're SOL if you're not ready.Our doctor referred us to CCL for at-home blood draws. The first time we used them, the phlebotomist showed up and had no bedside manner. They came flying in all sweaty and hectic, and she rushed to be done as quick as possible like the blood draw was a NASCAR pit stop. Just completely unprofessional and no way to work with a frail, elderly client (or anybody, for that matter).The second time we made an appointment, no one ever showed up. I see other reviewers mention the same thing happened to them. I finally called CLL around 5 that evening and asked if anyone was going to show up. The guy on the phone says, "Oh, yeah, the person in your area called out this morning." End of sentence! No apology. No offer to explain further. Obviously no one at the company got someone else to cover the area for the day, nor did they reach out to patients with appointments.I said, "OK, so are you going to send someone in the morning?" The guy, annoyed he's even speaking to me, sighs, "Sure, we could do that." Don't go out of your way to help, man!From that point on we've used GetLabs and have had a far superior experience. I'd rather spend $99 on each appointment with them than ever again use CCL for free.

If you have a whole day to burn with the potential of it running into two days - you won’t be disappointed. I have never had a service call of ANY sort where they do not provide a window for that service. This is a first for me. I called them in the morning to get confirmation that I was on their list for the day. They said it could be any time as late as late as early evening. They never showed up. No call, no message. Just a lot of “Sorry”s and excuses after I called. The company culture seems to be that the customer is at their mercy - so go pound sand. I will not be using them again. The two stars are for customer service, because they appeared to WANT to help but were not empowered to do so.

Although their techs are good at what they do, this place NEVER tells you when they will arrive, never calls ahead and gives you only minutes to get to the door. Most of their patients are elderly and disabled, so this is a huge problem and they obviously don’t want to correct it. Also someone there I talked to - I don’t remember his name but he was the only Caucasian male I’ve talked to there - was RUDE and there was absolutely no excuse for it! One of those guys who has to act like his time is so precious and his resources are so valuable. The other people I talked to there were friendly and helpful, but not him. I’m taking my orders elsewhere.

I used to work for CCL I cannot use my real name because I am scared of them ruining future opportunities for me with companies, to start off they do not care about the patients all they care about is the money if you dont agree with either Melissa (phlebotomy lead) or Jen Bradshaw (supervisor ltc) they will fire you they like to talk about everyone to each other and cause drama for no reason also if a patient calls with a complaint they will put that call on speaker so everyone can hear and laugh about it trust me there are better companies out there and there has been an instance in which they even talk badly about patients/doctors/employers to each other. Its sad to say I saw a future there when there is no room for growth and the employees and patients deserve better than this management sorry to say I regret giving this company my loyalty and kept shut about things so they couldn't get sued! CCL please do better

I am a very dissatisfied customer. My attempts to secure answers have gone unanswered. On August 31, 2023 an order for blood work was issued by the provider for my 91 year old sister. On September 5th, I was told my sister refused the test. My sister denies this. As her Health POA I should have been contacted, but I was not. Research suggests the CCL tech might have left a card. No card was found. Calls to the local manager have not been returned. Calls to speak with management at this location insisted they did not have managers, only supervisors. I reluctantly left my contact information for the supervisor since they have no managers. Two days more have passed and I have not received a return call. The website does not make it easy to file a complaint or find the name of any executive. The blood test was completed at a hospital after an ER visit on September 11th.

Not sure what happened to them. Unprofessional, rude with HIPPA violations and bad scheduling!They call and leave a message saying they're 15 min away, regardless if the person is home or awake or anything..One time one of their techs came over to my place, was extremely unprofessional, rubbing her face and nose and had an attitude towards me and left like I'm not a person taking the time from my work to let her know of my mom not needing blood work.Another one comes in, does not know how to withdraw blood and poked my mom 3 times, and left paperwork FULL of patients' names, addresses and phone numbers. We left home and came back hours later and saw what she had left, called her and she never answered, so we texted her to come and collect the HIPPA violation that she left at our place, she came and was careless, collected them and left. Like nothing happened!Then I called to schedule for someone else to come and get blood as they missed it when the tech with HIPPA came over. Week later no one showed up and no one called.I called today and spoke to the same scheduler who apparently took my mom from the schedule saying we already took blood, I am like not for the ××××× .. he was like oh yeah..we will put her back in the schedule and claimed when my mom is being called, she never answers ..I gave him my number and he said there are 2 requests from 2 different doctors, her specialist and someone I've never heard of. I kept telling him I am concerned with the 2nd doctor and he was like when do we come for blood work - completely dismissed my concerns. I took the clinic name and physician, called them and took ky mom's info looked up in the system stating my mom is NOT a patient there, and to add to it, that doctor did NOT send any lab requests for anyone and surely for my mom.The triage nurse took their number to contact them to let them know they're confusing doctors and patients!Extremely unacceptable. Will be going to a competitor who are more professional

CCL draws my mom's labs at home and provides the results to the ordering Physician. This is extreme helpful as it's difficult for my mom to get to a lab. The phlebotomist Kelsie calls her the night before, coordinates a time, let's her know if she needs to be fasting or any pertinent instructions. Kelsie is super professional, timely, and caring!

As I can't get out of the house at the moment, my doctor's officehad a gal (Tammy A.) from CCL come to my home to take blood this morning. She was awesome! She made what is normally a stressful experience virtually painless. She was kind, friendly, kept me chatting throughout the process, (6 vials), and most importantly got the blood the 1st time. Thank you SO much!

First time, on a Saturday, girl was great and showed up on time. Second time, they just showed up as I was ready to leave. I had no idea that they were coming. Third time, never showed (Monday) for a STAT order. I phoned them and they would come next day (Tuesday), which they did. Now, the fourth time was to be yesterday (Monday). I phoned in morning and gentleman told me I was on the schedule. I called at 1:00pm and they said they'd notify the tech to phone me. I called around 4:30 because I wanted to let the tech know the gate code as the gates will be locked. She told me she would notify the tech to call me and I could give him the gate code. I called at 8:30pm. The woman told me that the tech called me and left a voice mail. I explained, that there was no phone call or voicemail (I have an Iphone/Apple watch/Ipad) I also told her I don't appreciate being lied to. She said she would let her supervisor know. She told me they would be here today (Tuesday) before noon. Guess what? It's now 12:23 and no show! I phoned again and spoke with a nice, polite gentleman (Mitchell). I reviewed my situation. He assured me his supervisor would be made aware and a tech will be out today. To be continued.....Well, the tech phoned at 1:12pm and stated he'd be here in 15 minutes and he was. This company is such a good convenience for home bound. I hope they can get their act together.

Never showed up. Called 4times during the day to see when theLab tech was coming.. Just told me she will call. Well, she never did. Third person that answer the phone hung up on me. They laughed at my voice because have speech issue. I've been with you guys for almost 10 years. Never was treated with such rudeness..I will never use you again..I will also tell the Doctor. Your employees have such an accent I can understand them either. I will let everyone I know in the health field that this is the way you are treating your customers now!!!!

My Mother is 86 and has Alzheimer's, plus she suffered a stroke in December of 2022, which has made it more difficult to get her to appts. Two of her doctors have used CCL twice in the past few months to get labs from her after virtual visits which has really helped. I was reading most of the posts here and decided to leave one.All of Mother's doctors are Banner Network, so I'm assuming this is the company Banner uses. The 1st time, CCL phoned the day before and set up a time that was convenient for us, and the tech was here right on time. The 2nd time however, there was no appt made and the tech phoned around 9AM and said they were on their way. They showed up 20 minutes later.As I mentioned, my Mother has Alzheimer's and as Murphy's Law goes, had been up all night upset & agitated until she FINALLY fell asleep around 730. Which meant, I finally fell asleep then as well, after being up for 26 hours!!The tech told me on the phone that if she didn't come out now, it would be a refusal on our part, and I would have to contact her doctor. Well, I let her come over and you can imagine how Mom reacted. My Mother woke up, and was now cranky all over again, for the next several hours after.The option of having CCL come out is a time saver which I'm very grateful for, but giving you a next day appt option is a must for folks in a situation similar to ours.In the meantime, both techs were polite, courteous, skilled and very quick. I only gave 4 stars because of the 2nd visit, which I'm sure wasn't the tech's fault. Thank youRegards.

Terrible service. Tests were ordered by the hospital following surgery. The company falsely told the hospital that the patient had been called and the tests had been delivered. Then they rescheduled the delivery for another 24 hours. If you are relying on this company for critical tests, don't. They are not reliable.

They fail to show up when scheduled and send two people when they are not scheduled. They will schedule an appointment without confirming the date or time with you; we had to cancel a Physical Therapy appointment because of this. We had a scheduled appointment with them today it is now 1:45 pm. He has hypoglycemia and CAN NOT fast all day. We have called twice and are still waiting. My poor father who is 83 years old was told not to eat or drink anything past midnight. I do not see how they stay in business.

I am so glad there is service you can do at home if your loved one is not able to go to a clinic.The customer service reps were helpful the two times I called and the healthcare rep was very accommodating and professional.

My mom and husband have been using this lab for awhile and are very happy with the service. I used them for the first time today and I also had a great experience. Allison called last night to set the appt time and again this morning when she was on her way...great customer service! She also did a great job doing the blood draw. I would highly recommend CCL.
