Central Park Recreation Center is a long-time Phoenix favorite and a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The park is very nice, clean, and well-maintained with a clean, graffiti-free playground. It is extremely nice for young children and is not overly crowded. The area offers a playground, picnic tables, a grill, and lots of grass space for family gatherings and fun. Management and volunteers are noted as being very nice. The park also hosts community events like historical presentations. A minor note is that the restrooms are sometimes closed. It is highly recommended for the entire family to create great memories.
A Hidden Gem and very nice management and volunteer God Bless you all in every endeavors. Thank you so much for your assistance

Attended AARP's screening of Dr. Pete Dimas' historical presentation of Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico prior to the acquisition by the U.S. from Mexico. Very well documented.

This place is a cute little spot but needs to be upkept. When I was there, there was a person sleeping on the bench.
