BMW roadside assistance leaves you stranded for 3 - 4 hours as tow trucks consistently say they’re 90 min away before bailing on the job. The i4 tires are a magnet for flats and we’ve had 4 flats in 2 years. Every. Time. Poor. Service. Do better BMW.

I’ve used this dealership for all my oil changes over the last 5 years on my BMW 3 series. The last two service experiences have been mid to terrible. The first time no one contacted me about my car being ready until I called and asked about it. The most recent trip they kept my car overnight when I had a 10AM appointment the day of for a simple oil change. They did apologize for the delay but any proficient auto shop in Phoenix can do a synthetic oil change in hours, not a full day. For a self described luxury brand their service has been substandard at best in my last 2 years of service provided by them.

Bought a used Expedition. Total lemon. They advertised no accidents. Truck had damage fixed by dealership so never reported. Blown struts and bad A/C. Beware buying used. Never again!!

purchased a car this past week with the sales rep Kenneth smith, he was great! He was very attentive to my friend and I and answered all of our questions.
Despite it being pretty busy in there, Kenneth made sure we were taken care of.
