Horrible customer service. Made an appointment to open an account with a manager. Arrived 10 minutes before and checked in. Waited an hour later, with no acknowledgement, running late or anything from the manager I was to see or the branch manager.

This location on 32nd and cactus has a great supervisor. LeAnn is a real asset to this branch location. When I called asking for foreign currency exchange services I was told no problem at first. Then I was told of certain conditions about business accounts and personal accounts in order to do this for me. I was confused and asked for a supervisor. I got her. After explaining my situation she said she could help me out. To be fair, the front line person Nathan was very pleasant and was trying to be accommodating. But sometimes a supervisor is needed. He sensed my frustration and connected me with LeAnn. I really appreciated it!

Bank employees called police on a reporter outside of the branch just because of the color of his skin. Bank employees went outside to confront the reporter (big no no) and ask why he was there. He was working on a story and employees accused him of soliciting. The reported was put in handcuffs by local PD then later released. Not a good look on this branch.

This bank is absolutely horrible. No waiting in the bank and your still waiting to be helped. Called ahead of time for a notary which I was told multiple people in the bank could sign that day when I showed up I was told I had to wait for an hour. I have done multiple transactions in the past there is always a problem why they can’t assist you.

Apparently you have employees who fabricate stuff. May want to check on that. No employer wants people who lie, especially those who deal with money. Next time, don't fabricate information on a sworn document. We the people are tired of those who want feelings enforced, especially those who lie about things.

Don't TRUST this company or its employees they don't believe in the US Constitution. They get to use law enforcement as their own personal Gestapo to try and have citizens expressing their constitutional rights beat by law enforcement.

This location is ok, decent layout and it's not difficult to find as far as location is concerned. That being said the construction that has been ongoing in the area makes it hard to access unless you're heading east on Shea.The staff is usually friendly though if I was being honest there's more often than not just one teller working at a time. If you're in a hurry I wouldn't suggest using this particular branch as you'll likely be in for an elongated wait time.

Why do they even have a branch at 32nd & Cactus? No banker available for days, and you sit at the drive through for 10 minutes before anyone comes to the window, and then another 10 minutes or so till they return. Changing to a different bank would be easier!

Do not come here I have been a customer for over three months and have never received my bank card. Every time I call to get a new card issued it’s always an issue.

The ATM malfunctioned and swallowed my money and after multiple promises from the bank to resolve the matter rapidly - nothing !No communication from them and non stop false promises they don’t keep !
