Difficult parking and I don’t care for the fake friendly security guards.

After getting the run around from my bank (BofA) I tried to case a large check at this location. From the moment I walked in I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner and they cashed my check without an issue. My bank, now my old bank, BofA - wanted two weeks to verify funds and "order" the cash. The Manager Jonathan and my teller Alex could not have been more helpful. If I ever return to conventional banking, it will be with Chase and this branch. Highly recommended.

I've been to this location for the atm numerous times, however today was my first time going into this office because I had to cash in EE savings bonds that were gifted to me. (A lot)I was met by a friendly teller who worked there for many years, her words not mine, however who could not even help me acquire the current actual value of the bonds before I made a decision to cash them as some where not at full maturity just yet. I even went so far as sitting in their personal banker desks for 20 min to write down the series numbers so I can track the different values of over 20 bonds in hopes of this information. What made this experience worse was her getting the manager involved , Lori is her name, she was a very rude elderly lady with long black wavy hair who did not provide any customer service. She gave me attitude for simply asking questions and just trying to know the value of my bonds. She continued to say that it was impossible ( literally used the word impossible) to do without "validating" = approving/accepting to cash them out . I know for a fact chase has the ability to do this. My assumption is that because o have so many it would "take too much of their time "I want to make this known. This manager LORI was extremely rude, abrasive, and u reasonably angry for absolutely no reason other than I bothered her on her lunch. I was flabbergasted and very taken aback of the negative experience and rudeness I was met with. My advice for Chase is to have more eyes on your employees ..especially managers who represent leadership in your company. I would say I'm a loyal customer but with this type of service there are so many options nowadays especially digital and fintechs that would suffice just the same that I would be willing to take my business else where.Unfortunately what can we do as customers in this industry. I just say continue making reviews on those individuals who are not deserving of their roles like LORI so that hopefully companies like Chase will see these reviews and do something about it.

Better take care of this man or I'll come get him in a few years when my business starts booming!!! Kind souls don't come around too often. Lewis for president

After several years being a loyal customer with Chase and managing very responsibly my credit card utilization, excellent payment history to maintain an excellent credit score Chase has chosen to randomly cut my credit limit by 50%. This is how they reward you. when you inquire they inform you that if you want your limit to be restored you are going to have a credit hit. I guess if you are not maxing out your card and being late so they can hit you up with high interest rates and fees you are not worth anything to them. No thanks Chase I'd rather close my account

Don't go to Chase or bank there. Unless you want to be trespassed. Chase bank and Phoenix police department should be ashamed, but they are proud to ignore your rights. Keep infringing people's rights as we Defund banks and police. Buy bitcoin!

They will lie on a police report, to have you trespassed. They will only admit the lie when you go to the media.

If I could give this bank/branch any possible worse review I would. Stopped by just now to cash a check from State Farm and the manager and help said that the check was over their limit to cash. He said their limit was $500? This is a chase bank drawn check produced from the local State Farm office. I've never in my entire life had such poor service and they almost seemed to enjoy providing it? On my way out the door the manager? said to me "don't ever come back to this branch" I'm an old man and never experienced anything remotely like this ever in my life... and chase can be sure I won't accept any more chase drawn checks ever again!!

I needed to deposit a large sum of money and had specific questions since the check was issued to me in our Living Trust name. When entering the bank, I was looking to see if there is a sign in area so I could possibly speak with a representative. A security guard was sitting on a stool and very rudely asked me if I had an appointment. I didn’t, so he sent me to a customer service window. The young lady was busy picking her split ends from her long hair as I was trying to get some questions answered. She ended up making an appointment for me for this Friday, which I am canceling. People at this branch are so rude. It’s not welcoming at all. I left and went across the street to Bank of America and had a pleasant experience. This is the worst branch ever.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan George on Friday, Feb 25th. He assisted me after the Chase Bank down the street at Cave Creek and Bell Road had closed their Lobby and refused anymore deposits from the drive thru that had 13 people in line. So, I drove quickly to the 7th Avenue and Bell Road Chase location and the Branch Manager, Jonathan George was so helpful and he made sure the Merchant Deposit was made for me at 5:01pm. Thank you for such great service!

A teller at this bank allowed someone to withdraw nearly everything from my accounts using a false ID without acknowledging the large sum/irregular from my account activity, signatures on the withdrawal slips don't match each other (clearly this person couldn't recall how my name was even spelled) and aren't even close to any signature logged in my account, AND that I was actively using my card in another state less than 30 minutes prior. No due diligence was done to protect me from fraud.
