I was there about some issues with our business account and Amanda Ramirez branch manager came out to help me, she was so helpful and cordial and treated me with so much respect, knowledge and professionalism! I wish all the bank branches had people like her!!

Our business has been banking at this branch for 10 years. The staff have always been helpful and professional. I'm surprised of the negative comments towards the staff and the bank manager Veronica. Veronica is a pleasure to work with and has always been there to make sure we are taken care of. It's nice to walk in and see all the smiles and the staff working as a team!

Worst customer service. I went through the drive thru in attempt to save some time but unfortunately the bank teller I had the misfortune of dealing with decided that my time wasn't as important as the customers coming through the front. As I pulled in and explained to him what I needed to do and he said okay, I assumed it was being taken care of. About 20 minutes later, a different employee comes to the window asking if we need help while also grabbing the container that was just left by the first teller, still with my card and check in it. When he came back he “apologized†with a follow-up excuse of “I'm sorry about that, I had customers up front that came in.†Not cool Juan Vasquez. Please teach your employees that it's first come first serve, I am now late to work because of his blatant disrespect.
