I attempted to enter the branch at 5:38 PM while several people were exiting. As I approached, the security guard closed the door behind them without any acknowledgment, which came across as dismissive. Assuming the interior ATM was still accessible, I tried the door, only to find it locked. Neither the security guard nor the several associates leaving the building took a moment to provide a simple courtesy notice of the lobby being closed.
I fully understand that it was the end of the business day, but a brief acknowledgment or a suggestion to use the drive-up ATM would have been a basic level of customer service.
Additionally, I want to bring attention to the broken glass scattered in the front parking stalls. This poses a safety hazard, especially for patrons with disabilities who may find it difficult to avoid. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve both customer experience and safety.

One singular ATM available over the weekend because this location won’t invest the resources necessary to fix the secure mechanism allowing vestibule entry after hours. Expect to waste time.

Chase banks in the area will say open but will not pick up the phone and will just look at you while you pull there locked door. Phone calls redirect you in circles and the customer care is all out just terrible.

I consistently find this branch to be highly professional, efficient, and attentive to customer satisfaction. Whether it be needing a notary, cashier’s check, or opening a CD, each and every visit has reminded me why I bank at Chase. I credit a large majority of this positive environment and culture to the bank manager. He leads by example and is exceptional as far as customer interactions. Thank you Edwin. A+ experience.

I 100% recommend this Chase to anyone. The staff here are incredible! Abi at the front desk is an actual gem and Anthony in accounts is the bees knees. They were both super friendly, helpful, and efficient.
I mean let’s be honest, no one likes having to go to the bank Monday morning before work lol but these two really made it a great experience, they definitely deserve a raise! :) 10 stars!

Worst customer service. Don’t even try to use their notary service. It’s like you’re annoying them to be there. Go to the shipping place on 7th ave and Osborn if you need a notary. They’re the best.
Don’t waste your time at this bank.

Drive up atm is broken on a sunday, lobby locked even for card holders and cannot access.Thanks chase, this has wasted my time once again.Maybe add a feature to the mobile app or maps that will tell you when the atms are down.

This is a garbage location. I’ve been a Chase member for many years and they have been trying to get me to upgrade with a financial advisor or whatever for some premium account. I walked in today for a temporary check and I’m told it will cost 3 dollars. lol. That’s why I will never upgrade with you guys. Never any good customer service.

On Sat Nov 4th at 10:45a, could not get through the rear door to use ATM w my Chase card. Noticed there's outside ATM just N on Central.

Not open Saturdays. Even with a Chase debit card, you can't access the indoor ATM when your Chase card SHOULD provide secured access to this service after hours. So you're then forced to use the exterior drive-thru ATM but surprise surprise, this ATM frequently only takes deposits and cannot dispense cash for some reason. Has happened 3 times in the past 3 months!
