CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKSHad an appointment after waiting over a month. Someone called to cancel that meeting and promised a phone call back asap to reschedule. He never called. It's been 10 days. When you call the bank you can't ever reach a live person. I have been trying to get a resolution for over 3 months now. Use a different bank!

They had a sign up last week said open till 2 on Saturday get there today and now they are closed again please stop changing the time if you can not be open on Saturday that is fine just keep it that way

This place bis closed and they show as open. Other chase banks temporary closed had the intelligence to state that on google maps.

As a witness of racial discrimination, I don’t ever think ive seen a more overt show of racial bias than Donny Mayfields exchange with a customer today. He told the young man to hang up his phone, physically intimated him out of his office, cancelled his account when the member asked for a replacement card, & told the member that Chase wasn’t the right fit for him. Abhorrent.

Don't come here if you don't want to be accused of threatening someone simply by telling them to do their job. By the way this had to do with my mothers passing. All for an account that has joint account only for her two names she has always used. I hope you feel real d*** right now.

Fabiola helped me. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Probably the best service I have ever received from a Chase bank branch.

I will never understand why a company like Chase would ever put anyone in a position to manage this branch with a 2.6 rating on Google? Erica, if that’s her real name continues to help Chase get a lower rating. Probably worth closing our account! Wake up Chase!

Have had nothing but trouble with the chase app and or website. I can’t ever seem to login and when I try to recreate a new password they say it won’t work, I can’t use that, that’s to much like the other one, that one is to easy....I can’t talk to anyone to even fix because you can’t get ahold of Customer service over the phone and if you don’t know your password and can’t reset it then you can’t do it over the internet either.
