I just saw a video of a staff member named Diana treating someone terribly while they were trying to open an account. She demanded their citizenship, which isn’t even required, and then told them to leave. It came across as racist and completely unprofessional. This kind of behavior has no place in any business.

If I could give 0 stars. I would. It’s been almost a whole year and this chase has only had one ATM working. Their service is terrible, and all the staff leaves before closing hours. No wonder this chase is already at 2 stars…. just wow man.

Trash customer service the employees there don’t even help walk-in they make you set up an appointment online (knowing online can be complex at times) they will not offer their service as assistance to you just very bad

went in because I wanted help making a transfer to an my external savings account and they basically told me to do it online “try using zelle” a transfer of 10k or more. Couldn’t even tell me if there’s a transaction limit.

No tells, no help, slow ATMs, limited options on ATMs. Not worth the drive. It's a digital bank. Same as just using the app.

Omg I feel so embarrassed I just went to cash a check with two forms of ID from chase in my work cloths and I do construction and I was told they didn’t have fund to cash a $668 check I mean you obviously have funds you are a major bank in Phoenix so what’s the issue the way I look so you guys get to choose you help and who you don’t based and what?????

Don’t expect to get any help here. No tellers at all. Seems worthless to have a full branch with no one to help you. Wish I’d known that before wasting my time

Have been a member for over 20 years. Never have I felt so disrespected and mistreated by Chase Bank Profesionals, since joining this financial institution.The actions of these professionals have invoked thought and consideration of my future investment in the Chase Bank Financial Institution.
