I would give 0 stars if I could but unfortunately, I don’t have the option. Please save yourself the headache and do not bank with Chase. I recently encountered an error with their ATMs that was very inconvenient. The machine took my deposit but did not credit it to my account. Instead, it just provided a confirmation number that the deposit was made with no information about the total or anything useful to help me. This was inconsiderate, especially since I needed my money as soon as possible. It seems that this bank does not appreciate its customers, nor does it prioritize maintenance on its ATMs. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, not even my dog if I had one. Please consider banking with someone else to avoid the hassle of not getting your money promptly when you need it.

Who ever is running that branch needs to get fire. Customer service is horrible the employees attitude are a reflection of the manager. .

ATM ARE ALWAYS DOWN IN THIS LOCATION THEY NEVER WORK AND THEY ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Going to this Chase Bank! I'd like to send Kudos to this Group! Gilbert the Manager is so knowledgeable he can answer and fix any concern or come up with a solution! He has a staff that is unstoppable! If, you don't have Joel, Miguel, Rojelo or the 2 Carol's looking into how to help! You can rely on Lesie, Rubie, Itzel, and Jannia to be there! I want to Thank you All for the hard work and sacrifice you share with us customers! Thank you Guys! You do a Great Service!

Friday October 13 2023:I needed a Notary , and attempted calling the branch directly four separate times from 8:50am - 9:30am. 3 calls went to their message system , and one was answered and IMMEDIATELY the person hung up....What an absolute JOKE. They will play phone games , and hard-sell new account openings..... Unprofessional people at this branch ( 75th Ave & Thomas )
