please go somewhere else !!!! not worth the stress. they cant even perform simple task that they are trained to do. manager also has very limited knowledge on simple day to day banking task. and most of them are not from this country so im confused on how they are dealing with our money if they barely understand what to do. again dont waste your time at this branch. Annoying , difficult not even a hello customer service don't follow directions correctly every teller need to be fired I tell them one thang they do the opposite next time I will have a talk with the manager

That bank lady Isabel customer service needed to be fix, she did not have the proper greetings and seems like she was giving me a dirty look the whole time, she cut me off while I was telling her how I wanted my change, which was very rude. I’m very disappointed.

Naher was my teller and she was EXTREMELY rude! Why work in customer service if you can’t be nice to your customers?! Not once did I give you attitude but I sure did receive it.

Beginning of my experience at this branch with clerk representative Maria was rude and disrespectful. From her yelling and having a negative energy as soon as I approached the desk. So I asked for a manager and was greeted by Oscar who pulled me into his office, heard me out and took care of my needs. I definitely would give this branch 1 star for their customer service but for Oscar's efforts to make it right and keep me as a customer were minimum. I waited almost a hour for a cashier check! Maria and Nora need to work on their attitude or find a housekeeping job where they don't have to work with the public!

Can't get throught to a representative can't even log into my bank account because I changed my phone number and nobody answers the phone when I finally manage to get the prompts to transfer me to a rep nobody answers. So now I'm stuck not being able to access my own account

The bank manager is beyond rude. The reviews are completely true. I’ve never had a bank manager or manager or store employee in my life treat me so poorly and unprofessionally. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch

I have no idea how to even start this review because I am livid. My card was stolen and used on 8-4-22. The day those transactions were made I was in a hospital having surgery. They asked me to send documents that I was in surgery so I got a signed document form my doctor that performed the surgery. I spoke to two different representatives and they lied and told me that I had used my pin number at the McDonald's the transactions were made at. I call today and spoke to a kind understanding representative named Ryan. He helped me reopen the claim when I was also told that could not happen. After reopening the claim it was denied again because they said that I stated my card was in my possession. Which is a complete lie. I have been with this company for almost 10 years if not more. I chose this bank because of the protection they offer their customers. This was the first time I ever had to contact them about my card being stolen. The same day the McDonald's transactions were made another transaction was made at a Lowe's or home Depot and they flagged that transaction which was a good thing because it was not me. Over $70 was spent at McDonald's over more then one transaction. If you are looking for a bank that protects their customers trust someone who has banked with them for years do not open an account with chase.

So annoying how is this bank open till 6 and at 5:45 the employees are leaving the parking lot and bank was closed. I needed a cashiers check. Like really another 15 minutes open would kill them
