I had a frustrating experience with Chase regarding an overdraft issue. I called ahead and was informed that I needed to sign a paper in person to resolve it. The teller was dismissive and unhelpful when I arrived on my lunch break. Despite explaining that I had already started the process over the phone, she insisted I start from scratch and was incredibly rude about it. It seemed like the communication between the phone representative and the branch was nonexistent. The teller's attitude was unprofessional, and the entire experience was a waste of my time. Chase needs to improve their customer service and ensure better coordination between their staff.

I want to thank Mr. Kundra. He amazed me!! I have been trying to open up an account for 3 days now. And have been having nothing but trouble and obstacles stopping me from doing so. And he got me an account within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Thank you so much Nick!! I recommend this bank 100%!!! Great customer service and very professional ?

Down to 1 atm; it carries only 20’s. Very inconvenient and has been like that for years.

Some perspectives come from little comparable experiences. Over the past 20 years, I've tried 4 different financial organizations. Chase has in just a few months, done more for my business success than any other institution. It has been a long road traveled to find a reliable and trustworthy bank for my growing business. My only regret was not moving to Chase years ago.

Worst customer service, no one knows what’s going on in there. Don’t bother going thru the drive thru they won’t help you and ignore you, had to drive to the cave creek location where they actually know what they are doing.

Please be aware if you dispute a charge on your chase credit card and they tell you not to make the payment do not listen. I was in the process of disputing a charge the customer service rep stated do not make a payment during the dispute process so that is what I did. Chase still decided to report me late to the credit bureau which dropped my score by over 100 pts. Chase never followed thru with the dispute and I still had to pay the charge out of my own pocket and now I get to deal with trying to fix my credit score. Chase does not care about there customers all they care about is taking your money. I would not have even given chase 1 star but to post a review a star rating had to be picked

I deposited a check for my boyfriend back in November 2021 when trying to cash it the ATM kept giving me an error so I walked in to get assistance and they told me it was completely fine than nothing wrong will happen. Moving forward now 2022 I am being charged because Chase transactions show that I cashed the check twice however that is not true because the ATM didn't allow me to cash it out. Now I owe about $1,000 but I'm currently trying to dispute it. Good luck trying to grab a hold of them I've tried to call so many times and I can't get a hold of anyone. I don't live in AZ so I can't even drive up there to speak to someone.
