I come here often and am never disappointed. The service is great and the people are extremely kind. Clean environment, always stocked with materials to perform deposits or withdrawal. Almost never a line, I may just be getting lucky.🤙

It's a bank... I went to the ATM.
What can I say besides the ATM worked perfectly.

Thank you Tyler and Tristan and everyone at Chase Bank that made this process easy starting my nonprofit and making it official. Hoping to flood my account with resources to distribute to the community and be the help that is needed. Thank you Tyler for seeing my vision and your vote of confidence!

They never answer their phones. There can be no other customers inside the branch and I still am forced to wait entirely too long. Try the drive-up lanes if you want to wait over 20 minutes to make a simple transaction. What's wrong with this branch? Do they just decide to not work while they rake in their $100K+ salaries without guilt? And I have to pay a monthly fee for my account on top of receiving no service ever. Talk about taking advantage of regular people..... just don't bank with Chase. (SoFi is waaaayyy better, and more honest and less expensive by far.)

I had a great experience at the Chase Bank on 40th St and Chandler in Phoenix Arizona. Ben Perkins was not only very welcoming and reassuring, he was equally tenacious in resolving my banking dilemma. My mother had a non profit account that she opened in 1994. This past October she passed away and I went in to inquire about closing out the account and having the funds transferred to my parent's checking account. We, unfortunately discovered that the account had been redefined to meet with current regulation some years back. Mr. Perkins patiently made all the necessary calls and inquiries to be certain we were following proper procedures to close down the account. It took just under three hours but I did not mind. I was grateful to have the issue resolved and that I had met with an employee who didn't balk at the challenge!

I had an issue with my account and I was able to schedule a meeting on my app with no issues. I walked in and was greeted, notified the time it will be for me help and was called by name. I had my appt with Stevany W. and she did amazing! She understood my situation and went above and beyond to help me. I honestly would recommend this branch just because of her. Being able to walk out knowing that my account was taken care of correctly felt great.

When, for some reason, I am forced to enter a Chase Bank, I am dumbfounded at what I see. Clones servicing clones. National Bank of Arizona treats me like a person.

No issues with ATM, Bank itself wasn’t super crowded and has plenty of parking

The best thing about Chase Bank is their fraud protection. These guys detect even the slightest bit of unusual activity and right away they are emailing me and texting me to make sure it was me. Like the time I spent $200 at Caesars Palace on a 6 Million Dollar Man doll at 2:00 a.m. They were ready to shut down my account. Slow down guys, that was me.

You would think a bank would be good with numbers or transparent when it comes to dealing with customers. This is what happened to me. Let me just say, we have 4 different accounts with Chase and I'm truly wanting to rethink our choice. I needed to get some Euro's for a trip we have coming up. Every Chase website says, they charge 3% over the going rate. When it came down to it, they charged 10% over the rate when I asked, the gentleman said, he has worked for the company for 19 years, and he doesn't understand how they come up with the numbers. I told him, numbers are black and white, with no gray areas. 1+1 is always 2. I walked out feeling cheated and totally dissatisfied
