I went in today because I deposited a check the day before. They issued the check as an error and one could help me. The teller tried to have the bankers help, apparently they could not help because they all had appointments, which was funny because I was staring at all of them just sitting there.
They gave me a 877 number to file a claim and had me call them while I was at there lobby. I was then told they would reissue the check to me in 5 to 7 business days. I was then told I had to deposit the check inside and could not use the atm to deposit the check. I had to give my information in the lobby w my personal information.
Yet no one could tell me why they were holding my paycheck and why they could not release it.
What a waste of time especially for a whole room full of people that were unwilling to help! I’m going to Bank of America after this debacle. I’ve used chase since I was 23 and they had the best customer service. I guess now you have a bunch of people who just want to sit in their office and pretend that they have clients come in, although I was there for over 30 min and no one stepped foot in the office where the bankers sat… unbelievable!!
I call the service dept where I filed a claim to make sure my address was changed to the proper address. They then told me it would be 10 before my check would be issued to me, I said I was informed it was 5 to 7 days…

I had a more unusual situation. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Three of the bank's representatives worked together to assist me.

This location is a small and not comfortable place! If you are customer during the time waiting more than 20mins , they told you no restroom here, you have to walk cross the street to some store for using the restroom and wash your hands!

They never answer their phone calls. And they stopped offering notary service. This bank just keeps getting worse and worse.

This branch is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the security guard Hope. Whenever I go in I don't wait too long to talk to a banker.
