I recently visited Chase Bank and had the displeasure of encountering a teller named Paulina Lacono. I must say, my experience was quite disappointing. Ms. Lacono’s demeanor was unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. She provided minimal assistance, refused to explain why my transaction didn’t go smoothly, and even displayed a disrespectful attitude when I asked simple questions. What was even more concerning was witnessing her discussing my concerns with another employee in a derogatory manner, which is not the level of service one expects from a bank. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a more welcoming and courteous environment for their customers.

Horrible. Just horrible. I made my new account by setting up an appointment with this guy named Jesus, he was great really nice helped me set up a college account. However, not even a week later, my account was closed due to “suspicious activity” WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION FROM ME because my second job had deposited money through my account, which I applied for. Like what? Horrible customer service.

I bank with Chase Bank for my personal and business banking. I have to praise the team in Downtown Phoenix. I have found the friendliest people and always helpful and professional. Chuck Taylor, Marisol and Helena are the friendliest tellers out there. Kenny helped get me set up in my business account. He was also friendly and assisted me one afternoon immediately as I walked into the bank. Please give these team members a high five for their great service.

I went in there to turn in some change I had been saving up. Got turned down at 2 other locations. But Chuck was super helpful. Great service and great conversation. Dude needs a raise!!

The manager, Kenny, is fantastic! Went the extra mile to help me with an address verification process for a credit card. He answered all of my questions and sat with me on the phone until we got ahold of the right Chase team. This location is also super conveniently located, and very clean and pleasant.

I made an appointment for 4:00 and I rushed there after work only for them to tell me my appointment was canceled. Worst customer service ever!

I had to run into this branch for a quick transaction and was quickly greeted by an associate. He asked what I needed and told me a teller would be with me shortly. He even offered me a bottle of water. The teller was friendly, efficient and quick. This was my first time at this location but I will return for sure.

Absolute joke. Banker was unwilling to assist me when I walked in the branch, told me there is nothing they can do for me to unlock account. If you want to waste your day dealing w incompetent employees this is the perfect place for you

Had an awesome experience. I would reccomend this company downtown to other Catholics like me
