Cheryl is hands down the best person to have on your team. When it comes to fighting insurance prices, she helped nearly cut my bill in half after going over my needs for auto insurance. Also was very thorough in explaining what is what and why I needed certain things on my policy. She answered all my questions after a nearly 2 hour phone call. She is definitely dedicated to her clients, and I will absolutely only work with her for insurance purposes moving forward.

Cheryl and her team is the best literally. I've never had my insurance company person actually care and make me feel like they care. She was genuinely happy for me when she found out I was fully covered when I totaled my car and was ableTo get a new one. Little things like that go a far way with me and make me feel like I'm not just another file number I'm an actual person?

Genuinely personable and helpful. The best insurance company I have worked with so far. Might cost Pennies more but definitely worth the extra for quality service.

I had a great experience dealing with Cheryl. My situation has changed quite a bit since I started my policy a few years ago, and she gave me almost an entire *hour* of her day yesterday tweaking things for an optimal fit. I had many (many) questions, and she patiently answered all of them. Sometimes she had to explain things twice, as I didn't quite grasp them the first time around. I never felt like she was impatient or rushing to finish. If I'd have been on her end of the call I would have been irritated at the 30 minute mark and gritting my teeth by 50. Her commitment to customers is rare and invaluable. Two thumbs up for Cheryl!

I was behind in my auto policy payments and Cheryl reached out and helped me handle our financial situation so we wouldn’t be dropped as I didn’t even realize we were behind. She also was able to quickly help change my rental insurance from a quick email. Every encounter I have had through Allstate has been very easy and handled quickly. Very happy with this company.

The service I receive from Allstate is simple the best. Both Cheryl and Scott are responsive and knowledgeable. They promise to follow up, and then they do. We are extremely happy with our switch to Allstate.

I found Cheryl on yelp regard my rental property in AZ, she is very helpful, responsive and patient. She quote me a good rate since my auto insurance is under Allstate insurance company as well. She also gave me some good advises on how to avoid huge replacement cost . I really appreciated.:-)
