I usually like this spot but can yall quit pestering folks to buy a car wash membership!!! Was over there about 10 mins ago and dude kept asking me why I didn't wanna sign up for a membership. Told him I wasn't interested and I was just there for a quick wash so I could get back to work.... He responded "You'll spend more time getting your car washed than giving your card and phone number. Just say you dont want to."... Are you serious dude? I said not right now.... Anyways, teach your car wash folks to accept a NO and leave it alone.

Stopped at this location to use the restroom because I had been driving for 3 hours with Lyft and the gas station attendant would not let me use the restrooms. She insisted the restroom closes when the car wash closes. After telling her my situation she did not give. No compassion, very rude. Seeing the state I was in, she could have made an exception. If that’s really even their policy. I had to walk to Taco Bell.

It's unfortunate that I have to rate this establishment a one star, but it only takes one bad apple to drive business away. I say it's unfortunate because the employees inside the store are always kind and courteous. I frequent this business daily, as I live a few miles up South Mountain and it's on my way to work. I purchase retail products inside the store, fill up all three of my vehicles and even have my oil/lube and auto detail done there. On Sunday, May 19, I was confronted by an employee who worked outside at the car wash. Small situation as I pulled up to this business off 19th Avenue with this associate (it's all on video). Apparently he was miss-understood and decided to "square-up and confront me" inside the store as I was making a purchase (it's all on camera). Seriously, who does this? Caught me by surprise as I didn't understand his broken English at first. Of course I defended myself and fact-checked him, but he continued his rant. Eventually he squirmed off. I immediately asked to speak to a store manager, but no-one was available. The next day I called the establishment and requested to speak to the General Manager. I was told that his name was "Phil" and that he would be in on Tuesday, May 21 from 8:00am to 2:00pm. I was there that Tuesday @ 9:00am and was told he wasn't there and didn't know when he was returning. At that time I was asked to leave my name and phone number (as I did) and he would call me at his earliest convenience. It has been four days, haven't heard from "Mr. Phil". The cashier asked me why I needed to speak with him, and I told her about my experience with the car wash employee. She asked if it was an employee from outside/car wash and I said yes. She shuck her head reluctantly and told me there's been many issues with the car wash folks. I haven't been back since and I'll never return. There's plenty of other establishments that I can do business with. Probably a different story if management contacted me, but it seems like management and the bad behaviors of employees go "hand in hand". If Corporate is interested in their business and their guests, they can look up video on Sunday, May 19 at approximately 11:30 am as I was pulling up to this establishment in a white convertable BMW (I was there for approx. 10 minutes). My calculations estimate at about a $7,000/year loss of business just from myself and I hope other guests follow my lead. I've managed retail establishments for 39 years and I would've been on top of the right away. Good luck Chevron @ 19th Avenue and Baseline, you just lost a great guest.

I love this store. I always stop here everyday before work. Its always clean and they are super friendly. Cashier Jackie is always friendly and super helpful. 5 stars for Jackie and and the store as a whole!

I went to chevron after i hit the ATM and as we all know it only dispenses 20’s unless you go inside. I was looking to get change by going inside. I had my little girl with me and she wanted a bag of chips so i grabbed it and paid for it with 1of the 20 dollar bills i got from the ATM. When i get to the cashier she hands me 2.35 in change. It caught me off guard. Im no math wiz but im sure that was the wrong amount. When i told her about the mistake she decided to argue with me but i get it at the end of the day she is responsible for the money in the drawer. She said she would check the video she leaves to the back waits 5 minutes comes back and now she wants to give me the correct change. I asked her if she confirmed it was a 20 and not a 5 dollar bill. To which she says “I couldn’t see the view the camera is not on the register” but ill take your word for it. I replied by offering to leave my number and they can take a picture of my ID in case the drawer was short they can call me. Or if the manager wanted to speak to me. She refused to take my information. I asked for the owners number and the managers number to which she said the manager didn't have a number. She printed out the receipt and said you can email your complaint here. I told her to keep the chips and give me my 20 she argued she could not however I was determined to get my 20 back she finally handed it to me. I have to say this was a humiliating experience. The point was not the money but the embarrassment she caused me in-front of my daughter all because she didn't pay attention to her job. Or maybe she does this on a regular basis to short the customers and keep the money at the end of her shift who knows but this was terrible customer service.

Well Everytime I go in the morning and it clearly states it is closed from 11 to 4 am. And they are still closed till 430 am. It's time to complain to corporate

I came through here with my truck, asked for full service and they didn't clean the left side of our vehicle. we didn't even bring it to their attention because we are strapped for time but I wouldn't come back to this location.

The cashier Erica refused to take $7 in quarters $1.80 in dimes and $.20 in nickels($9.00) for gas even after I told her exactly what I had and accepted. There are no federal mandated signs posted, saying that they do not accept legal tender in coins. Very rude and unprofessional. Forget about US LEGAL TENDER, the BBB or the owner Sunny Dhanju.. they do whatever they want legally or not, owner or not. Who are they to say they don't take coins!

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH IT WILL CHIP YOUR PAINTI noticed chip damage to my vehicle after getting a paint job a week prior on my vehicle. The manager denied it was the car wash machine and tried to blame it on freeway debris. They refused to do anything about it. Don't use this car wash and don't believe what they tell you.

I spend money at this location, gas, carwash, oil change, after tonight not any more. Cashier refuse to let me use the restrooms, he said restrooms are closed all night! Lazy employee don't want to clean the restrooms! We pay he's check!
