Christown Spectrum is a well-known shopping destination in Arizona, originally opened in 1961 as the first air-conditioned enclosed mall. It features over 50 shops and 10 restaurants, providing a variety of popular clothing stores and dining options for visitors. While it is smaller than other malls like Arrowhead, it maintains a mall-like atmosphere with several well-known retailers including Ross, Burlington, and Ulta, making it a convenient spot for shopping. Despite its location in a less desirable area, Christown Spectrum is described as well-maintained and safe, with a visible police presence that adds to the sense of security. The mall has seen improvements over the years, making it a comfortable place to shop for all ages, including seniors. However, some visitors note that foot traffic can be low and the food court options are limited compared to other malls. Overall, Christown Spectrum is a community hub that offers a variety of shopping and dining experiences, making it a favored choice for local residents.
Christown is cool, but the Walmart here sucks. The manager is very rude and the store is always in disarray.

I always come here to run my errands, whether it’s a vanity reason or to shop for necessities. Always will love this place. They definitely should bring back the Costco food court, was really lively than what I tend to see now.
