I usually don't review medical facilities or pharmacies. This whole place is awesome. The physicians have all been wonderful, and the pharmacy has been amazing. Other places have made me feel like a criminal when I get a medicine, or need it early. Min ( I believe her name is ) and her pharmacy staff are wonderful. While the hours can be a challenge, I was running extremely late tonight,and needed my diabetes medication. They not only answered after 5, but made arrangements for me to get what I needed, and have me pay on Monday after they open back up. A++++5 plus stars ? ? ?

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. McArthur, she is very easy to speak with and will help to address all your concerns. She made me feel heard and respected which is rare for physicians. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone!

The rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting!Stephany the nurse didn't say hello, and snapped at me numerous times. When she finally asked " What's the problem today?" She said I can only be treated for 1 thing. ??? When the nurse practitioner came in SAME ATTITUDE , she" corrected " stephany and said she can only see me for 2 issues. Since time is limited. ??? Xray chick was horrible!! No bedside manner, no empathy, no respect!! I wanted to cry when I left feeling, I wasn't important enough to speak to or help. I will be charged ALOT for this visit, and they did NOTHING! I will avoid this location at all costs.

No impathy for my health concerns or needs. I've been in the medical field 30 yrs. Don't waste your time or money. Unless enjoy chasing your prescriptions at the wrong pharmacy an or holding your Rx refill for Lad results in the meantime you feel terrible. You schedule an appointment with the Doctor then told you can on see the NP. Sorry folks been a patient here 3 years this is my experience the name changed and so did the service.Good Luck,

Probably the worst service I have ever had- anyone requiring masks to get into a hospital obviously has no medical sense! A cotton or paper mask will not prevent a virus! I don't care what the CDC guidelines are! they also told you to get a vaccination- I don't know one vaccinated individual who hasn't had or is spreading covid! I do however know 3 people personally that died after the second shot of stroke and many more hospitalized after the third or fourth shot! So when do we start investigating as a medical facility instead of following government guidelines- it all went downhill with Obamacare- it has ruined healthcare in America!

We have been a patient of dr Adler for 28 years! Unfortunately She has retired. She was such a lady. Wonderful dr! Always going straight to the point never forgot our medical history. Attentive, listened when we had concerns, caring , loving and compassionate ! Seeing her on her last day was heart breaking. We couldn’t stop crying . She was the best of the best. Definitely at loss without her. She is greatly missed! there are moments when we hoping for her to change her mind and come back but that isn’t reality. She deserves her retirement. She unconditionally took care of us and hundred of other patients for 4 decades. Hope she is enjoying her time with her family :) We miss you Laura ! You are one if a kind !

I completely agree with the comment about Dr Bitney! He was so AWESOME! He listened to me and was so knowledgeable! Best bedside manor. I felt very comfortable and he made sure that I did not forget anything I wanted to tell him by him asking me a few times if there was anything else. He ordered all my labs and testing and had all my referrals done so I was able to call them as soon as I got home! IMPRESSIVE!!!! I like how Cigna sends me a text as soon as anything is added to my online access. My test results are right there in two seconds! I can ask my doctor a question and set appointments right online. It actually amazing. Since I recently switched locations then I was lucky enough to get Dr Bitney. 5 stars for sure!

I Had the opportunity to meet up with Dr, Andrew Bitney to discuss my Post COVID symptoms. Dr.Bitney has excellent bed side manners, is knowledgeable, thorough and very patient . It was refreshing to see a physician not in a rush but empathetic and listening to your concern. He is at the Cigna Facility at 3805 E Bell Road #2100. I am fortunate to have made his acquaintance and will be switching over to him

I received the email from cigna to tell me look up at mychart fortest result but I did not see it. And when I try call many time, they always rush to hand up and do not help me anymore. I want to know where I can look up my result in my chart, they try to put me away and do not give me clean any explaination, it seem they always busy with another customer waiting on the line.

Show up 10 minutes late trying to rush straight from work, wait in line a few more minutes just to be told to reschedule. Need more leniency with patients being late by a short period especially when their waiting in line for the receptionist to get off the phone and check patients in front of you before they finally get to tell you that you’re too late First time I show up and the last time.

Dr. Adler is the bomb, best doctor ever, lover her straight forward no nonsense approach to fixing whatever may ail me! Always compassionate and has great shoes! The front desk is always friendly and courteous, and Todd so helpful on the phone. LOVE LOVE LOVE the pharmacy, personal service...can't beat it! Always sweet....

After becoming self employed and having to gain insurance on the public market. I chose Cigna and used there app to find a doctor for myself and a pediatrician for my daughter. Dr Najib was so thorough and didn't make us feel rushed . She took the time to speak with my daughter not only about any medical concerns but also spoke about grades and the importance of them. I am a single mother and I felt that Dr. Najib made me feel like I have done a well job in raising my daughter. I am fortunate to have found her
