You need more staff. Stopped here before work to grab a few things. Self serve machines were malfunctioning and no staff was present to assist. Left empty handed regretting my choice to patronize your establishment.

I came in trying to take advantage of the $3 deal and the soda machines..meaning everything to the left were dispensing nothing but water. I alerted the cashier and all she had to say well you can let management know!!! I use to work for Circle K years ago and it was always the clerk's job to keep the drinks replenished. Has that changed?! Another circle k down the road does at great job but they fail to keep on top of the grilled items for the customers to take advantage of. Is there something that has changed the last 4 years that i dont know about? Why is everyone else's problem but the clerks on duty?? Are they lazy?!?!?!??!??!?!?! I guess I should take my business to to QT cuz I never have an issue there.

Love the self checkout, even with its errors (it will randomly add a 40 dollar bottle of whiskey or a pack of cigs to your tab if you aren’t paying attention…I don’t know if the cashiers are trying to get free stuff without customers noticing….but that’d be smart lmao) store is in disarray sometimes but the staff is generally in a good mood and willing to help if you need.

Only 1 person working bathrooms were filthy could not get receipt at the pump. And we're having trouble with the self. Pay kiosks. It was really not a very good experience and I don't like that. You can't get a receipt when you need one or even speak to a live person

Since the introduction of self-checkout, I've noticed a decline in customer service. Recently, I attempted to use EBT, but the cashier refused to open the register. They claimed the system was down, which I believe was untrue. I was forced to pay cash due to their unwillingness to assist me. It feels like some cashiers actively discourage EBT use.

This store has very poor service and customer service they never answer their phone I pump gas for $7.33 out of $25 when I went to the South service and they did not get credit my account the rest of the money I've been calling every sense now I have to file the student in my bank poor service customer service at the circle k on 52nd Street and McDowell please avoid this place
