This is a review of Circle K in GENERAL. Their headquarters are based in Tempe Arizona. I hope they read this.
I recently used my Circle K card, which is attached to my bank checking account to make a fuel purchase. I had the need to speak with them regarding an issue and they were extremely unhelpful and unprepared for what needed to be done. Don’t ask for management or CORPORATE because there is none to speak with in requesting a callback from someone in management or an Administrative capacity is also impossible. I will not continue to use Circle K for fuel or for convenience in the future. Sorry CIRCLE K, but you just don’t make the cut.

Don't understand the low reviews. This old school Circle K has the best personable staff more than most of the larger, busier locations around. I'd rather go here anytime to get what I need. I hope this one doesn't get shut down like so many older locations!

Disappointing Experience- I was in the store the other day and the cashier Morgan or Megan, an older short Woman with dentures and red or maroon hair asked two African American Women if they were paying for their items with food stamps in front of the entire store. The day this took place she had blonde hair, which she has since dyed maroon/red. The descriptors are so you know exactly who I am talking about. She justified it by saying she too receives food stamps and only asked to be able to help her and the other Woman she was with on another register. What bothered me, as a White Woman too, is the fact that she did NOT ask me or anyone else who had fair skin. Another African American Woman stepped in and said that she too had been asked that as well. Instead of trying to assume all African Americans receive assistance, it would be best if Morgan/ Megan would just do her job. It escalated to a shouting match, then a much larger, heavyset (also White) Woman with dark hair came from the back yelling at the Women to leave the store without asking what happened. The Women left and both were visually upset. They did not get to complete their purchase. I have seen the African American Woman in the store before and she is always kind to everyone. I don't believe that was right and I am sure Circle K does not believe it's patrons should be treated with disrespect, especially when they are regular customers. I will not be returning to this location and I will be advising my Friends and Families to go to the one on 31st Ave and Northern. This location needs to DO BETTER.

I am giving one-star review fot circle k on 27th avenue and Dunlap I was a current employee that still has not been fired or properly terminated but I still got kicked out of the store for no reason right now I am on medical leave due to my seizures and every single time I try to approach the manager to ask him whats going on with my termination process he walks away from me I don't recommend any employees out there to work here other employees that work there currently are very rude disrespectful and they have no respect for any of the customers plus the store is constantly dirty it's never clean and again I was kicked out of the store for no reason the boss tried to accuse me of stealing $60,000 worth of cigarettes without any proof which I did not because the store was robbed two days before I got called into the back office and got accused in the boss is also denying me on paid leave I have not getting paid for even working at circle k right now I'm on paid leave and I read up that I was supposed to get paid for it the boss avoids my calls he avoids my text messages he's very disrespectful he also denied me on long-term and short-term leave even though I'm not allowed in the store he puts me on the schedule and then the week before I got to go in he takes me off the schedule so therefore I do not recommend anyone working at or going to this store and this is referring to Arthur Lozano who I think should really be investigated

Lonarra was the rudest worker I ever came across I went into the store because I needed gas and she ignored me and was talking with another coworker while the line was building up. When I addressed the wait she stated “ talk to my boss about it “ she was very rude and didn’t allow me to put gas and sent me and my family to a different gas station. I think she should be fired and shouldn’t be allowed to have a job treating customers like that whatsoever. The rude staff is pushing business away and having gossip in front of a line of customers absolutely unacceptable.

Idk what district this store is in but the young lady that was at the counter did a great job the the store mgr the black shirt accused me of scamming the store when I bought a charge cable from there yesterday and it was not the cable that was inside the package..now I work for circle k and I do not appreciate being accused of being a scam artist that is ridiculous. This store manager need to take a step back and remember the hard work he has put in to get to where he is and to stop treating others like they are below him because at the end of the day not one person is better then another people just have to live with the cards they have .. I can't believe I was treat so poorly when I am the one that did not get what I paid for...

The new self check-out machine needs to have Ebt card for food options as well that would help the customers a lot and the employees with the line being long

Employee Tracy is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met! I always go into places with respect and a smile on my face but I go here today at approximately 8:30 am 2-11-24 and Tracy is already in a bad mood because it seemed she was either yelling at someone on a headphone call or herself because she wasn’t holding a phone. Her verbal abuse was all over the place but I knew it was directed at me when I walked to the right register just trying to point out what I wanted, like I do at every place to kindly help out and she yelled at me not to tell her how to do her job and to get back to the register I was standing at. I was in such shock at her unwarranted attitude and basically told her that so she slammed the sliding doors without looking and said “forget it we don’t have what you want” and while ringing me up for my other stuff she yelled at me again, calling me nosy because I didn’t press the accept button fast enough on the card reader. She needs to be drug tested at the very least and NEVER work in retail where good customer service and professionalism is important, especially to those who’ve done nothing wrong. Whatever personal issues she was having during her phone call shouldn’t have been taken out on me!

We will break a white customers teeth for buying cigarettes from a black employee because only black people are allowed to purchase from here. Even though that customer was 1000% nice to u. Followed me home just so they can attack me. Have pointed guns at my back have shot at me threatened to kill my kids and didn't do anything but buy cigarettes.and corporate refuses to fire them. All employees say only my gang is allowed to work here and buy from here.and are selling heroin crack cocaine and neth from multiple locations including this one.
