The cashier with blue Nubian knots was being rude to me this morning because she act like she doesn't want to respond back to me but when other customers come into the store she communicate with them very well and happily but when it came down to me she acted rude to me I don't appreciate that at I feel single out and that's not fair. She needs to get talk to or get removed from there by getting fired.

Would give 0 stars if i could. This has to be the WORST circle k around. Dirty and the smell inside is unbearable it smells like something died it was enough for me to walk in and walk back out.

Old guy is very rude tonight at 9:55pm.I asked a question and he didn’t want to answer what time circle k closed.I won’t be coming back to any circle k never very disrespectful to yell at me.

I have been coming to this Circle K for almost 2 years. I don't smoke cigarettes anymore. But I do smoke the Flow max E cig. Been buying them for over 2 years. And they are not cheap. I am also a Circle K rewards member. On my way to work this morning. I stopped at this Circle K to purchase a Flow max E cig. I handed the Cashier my ID. I am 58 years old. She said my ID was invalid. It wasn't invalid for all the other times when I purchased. She said she was the Manager. I told her her how come no one else ever had a problem but it's not working for her. She gets a nasty attitude and tells me she's not selling me anything. This happened this morning around 6.20 am. 7/29/24. I will no longer be establishing Circle K if you are hiring rude insensitive People.

But I will tell you that I went to another Circle K close to my Job and I had NO PROBLEM. With buying a ECIG. And the Manager who was rude was working at the Circle K. 19 Ave and Dunlap.

Worst circle K ever, two security retards who do nothing, clerk says they didn't have a bathroom. The place looks like it survived world war three and no bathrooms. Plus the coffee is garbage.

Was told to leave the store because I put a candy bar in my pocket for 30 seconds so I could get a soda from the fountain. I suffer from coordination issues in my arm from spinal cord damage. Since they don't offer baskets or anything to carry your items, I didn't have anywhere else to put it. I didn't try and leave the store or do anything to try steal the item but the cashier just yelled at me and refused to listen. Will be contacting the AG about disability discrimination. Never shop here if you have a disability, they don't care.

It’s a crying dam shame today it’s super busy and that lady is by herself and she catching hell. People doing all kind of stuff and the line backed up forcing her to have to deal with this situation. What happened to team work and someone coming in to relieve her on a Sunday. That’s messed up. Get a knew stuff.

Edit: After speaking with both an overnight clerk, and, the assistant manager, Kevin, both of which were patient and kind, I am changing my review to 5 stars, and, following up with the Phoenix PD (responsible for the blaring volume), and, Circle K corporate.The store itself apparently has no control over the volume._________NO to the blasting music overnight! People live in the neighborhoods around you. Not only was I extremely confused, the sound disturbed my wind-down time on my patio, and, I could hear it in my bed!I understand needing measures to deter loitering, but, not at the cost of disrupting residents. Find another way, please.

Came in this morning to get a monster, and was waiting patiently for the employee to help me because he was putting away the order. I had seen that the left register had a binder, a pencil, a water bottle all sitting there so I didn’t go to the register I went to register on the right and another guy came up and he walked over to the register on the left, and when the employee finally noticed he went straight to the customer on the left even though I was there first, so after you had help the guy on the left I had walked over and asked him why he didn’t help me first even though I was standing there he didn’t give me an explanation or anything he just told me to leave and took my monster guy has anger issues and took it out on me for no reason he’s a short little skinny guy who slouch is over with a buzz cut blonde and wears an LGBTQ lanyard I didn’t catch his name, but I know everybody else there and he’s the only one that looks like that. I will definitely be back and every time I’m back after I purchase my stuff I will let him know who I am

Visited on a Friday afternoon. Cashier was friendly and the inside appeared sufficiently clean and organized. Outside and the surrounding area were somewhat sketchy, as is the case with nearly all Circle K locations in Phoenix.

Went in to get a couple fountain drinks, the fountain area was covered with gnats flying all over. The drinks also had zero syrup it was 99.99% water.

customer service received by the cashier at this location was despicable I and a fellow customer we're trying out that was unjustifiable the managers at this location should really look into wholly cashier's name was Rachel and I have never been treated such a way by circle k Staff.
