This location is dirty and smells horrible every time I go in. The fountain drinks are always gross and sticky. They are out of order 6 out of 10 times you go here. Don’t stop here if you are looking to get a drink, it’s gross and the machines are not maintained.

I just went up there 8 o’clock Friday night. I am handicapped and there is a Coca-Cola semi parked in the handicap spot. They argued with me. I told it was against the law. I went to the store to talk to the only Circle K employee Edward. He argued with me saying oh, they’re only here for a little while There is no grey area in the law, and then they jumped in their truck and ran off real fast, but here’s their picture parked right on top of the handicap symbol on the ground.

One of the worst , if not the worst Circle K in the valley. There is always 700 crackheads out front, a line of 10 people in the store no matter what time you go, and forget about trying to make a propane tank exchange. Hey here’s an idea. How about hiring some more help so when you have a customer that wants to do a tank exchange he can. Or get rid of the service. What’s the use in having them there when you can never exchange them.

This pump is been broken and it’s been like that for months already, there card won’t go all the way in. not sure why they can’t fix it but it’s annoying.

I went here for gas and ended up buying some of the homeless guys drinks and food. After getting on the 101 to go back to Scottsdale I get pulled over. The cops accused me of buying drugs and wanted to search my vehicle. I refused on account they had no probable cause and they insisted I was lying about why I was there, if I was holding, and numerous other things. Just remember if you go here you’re being watched so if you interact with anyone expect to be pulled over right when you leave.

I came here to buy myself and my husband cigarettes. I got up to the counter ordered the two packs of cigarettes had my ID out and ready to Hand over then Thema said she wanted to see my 15year old daughter ID as well. I said she is 15 she doesn't even smoke they are not for her. She started to repeatedly say "it's all on camara" well ok that's great but what does that mean to me? It's not like my kid was telling me to buy her anything so I'm curious to know why I'm being told it's on camera over 7 times... and I ask for the store identification number and the manager name and she starts to yell through the store for Robert.. I am currently using ride apps such as lyft due to my car being recently stolen and awaiting for my new car so getting to this store would not be as easy as normally. What made me feel so degraded and offended was being told several times it's all on camera. So I called the store several times with no answer to speak to Robert.. I have worked for Circle k for many years previously and I understand if my daughter had alcohol or something in her had to be bought, but she did not. Working in customer service position there should have been a little bit more customer service not customer profiling. Which is what I felt from Thelma. So yes I am also going to contact the District manager Todd as well.. this store will never again receive my business. No matter how much or little is spent there, it won't be from me again.

Powerade comes out like syrup
Couldn't doctor it up when I realized at home so tossed the whole drink
Go in next day machine STILL not right
Management is useless can see the machine isn't working right but won't allow me to get my drink compensated when it's obvious their equipment is not properly maintained
Only reason I went to circle k is because no other place carries the mango flavor but it's rare anymore that they work
Going to QT from now on for my drinks at least they have more variety

Last three Circle Ks I visited had no fountain Drinks . I thought Fountain Drinks is what Circle K is . To be out at three stores probably lot more then three . They didn't get my $ at least three times. That adds up if 20 people visit a hour times three stores . Just saying

One of the worst Circle K locations. Circle K is awful as it is, they are terribly organized, there is always a line and they are just depressing. This one is one of the worst, there are ALWAYS SCAM ARTISTS loitering in the parking lot and trying to swindle money from you when try to get gas, that is when the pumps are WORKING !!!!! People with their EBT cards throwing fits, And if thats not bad enough there is always some sort drug deal going as they pretend to be parked for gas. Circke K is a slum convenience store and every neighborhood that has one suffers from it, they have ALWAYS treated their employees like garbage, but some are worse than others. Hello Phoenix Police! THIS PLACE IS BEING USED FOR DRUG DEALS AT THE GAS PUMPS.
