I prepaid for some gas on pump 13. I walked right out and it didn't give me an option to pump the gas. I went right back in the store the lady came out and hit cancel. She said that I will have to pay again if I wanted to get gas. I walked in spoke to the manager to let them know how could they cancel a transaction that there was never an option for. She said it timed out in one minute. I have never seen a pump in 1 minute after you pay for it. The transaction is still on my account it did not cancel. They were speaking in Spanish and the manager was very rude

The worker with dark wig &” highlights tonight @7:30pm on Sunday February 23rd IS ABSOLUTELY SO RUDE !!! I’ve been here before &” this worker is always so disrespectful, always on the phone .Super unprofessional &” I will not continue to come back especially with that typa energy around, just wasting company time away .

Very busy store! Employees are wonderful.
I ask, if someone could be more aware of the soda machine area and the men’s restroom. Both not so great 😤 I bring my son often with me to this location. Could you please address these concerns when possible.

Hands down the worst circle k in the valley. Seems like the workers hate their jobs so they take it out on the customers. Lazy & Rude, a lady working there today literally sat on the phone in front of me while I’m telling her what I need, just to ask me to repeat myself. Just stick to QuickTrip honestly, circle k workers give this store a bad rep more than the homeless/tweakers.

Destiny the plump customerservice rep is extremely unhelpful and useless. I worked here for 5 years so I know I can buy a roll of quarters if there in stock. I came in asked for 10 dollars of gas and a roll of quarters. She's immediately says I don't have quarters. I say, you cant just hit the button on the safe? She rolls here eyes and says do you wanna wait 5 minutes. After helping 1 person she waddles around taking her sweet time but immediately can get me the quarters. So first she didn't have them and I had to wait 5 minutes but neither of those things were true. She just lies because she's lazy, or unfriendly, or I don't know what her issue is. Terrible job, horrible customer service. Do your job and be better.

Very unsanitary especially around the fountain drink machines. Parking lot is very dirty as well I would suggest stopping here

I when get gas today but pay wrong pump I try change it to right pump but manager the money will go back on card right away but still no money yea so I have call my bank chime to get my money back

114 degrees and the entire beverage station broken, they didn't have cold tea either, we are going from bad to worse with these gas stations.

I tried buying a bag of Hot Cheetos and on the sign it says $2.50 but in reality it's $5 for the bag 8 oz bag make that make sense also the employees are very unprofessional and they're very rude

Closes at 0200 everyday says corperate and management say its ok that they close and are not a 24hr store like is avertised would like to hear what a gm or higher says about this?
