Seriously cranky employee. With time running out to purchase Powerball she was checking tickets for a customer when there was a self service ticket checker right next to the cash register. She also sold tickets to the same customer without asking for ID but then demanded that I show mine but printed the tickets while I was retrieving my ID from my wallet. When I asked her what was the point of checking my ID AFTER she had printed the ticket she was rude and condescending. I guess people don't like to be called out on their illogical behavior.

Pretty good! That's on it the better Circles K's out there. The management and staff are great and they keep the store clean.

This location is a little bit In the ghetto for sure . Iren & a beautiful lady with natural curly hair were smiling and friendly. 5 stars just for these kind employees.

Extremely rude and a joke for customer service. Asked a simple question about sandwiches over the phone and employee asked who I was and went out of his way to be rude and insulting when a simple yes or no would have sufficed. Should be avoided if employees like him continue to work there.

Probably one of the worst Circle Ks! They are ALWAYS closed for their employees “being on break”! The sign will say be back in 15 minutes and they never are! Yet you can clearly see the employee hanging out in front or even inside the store with door locked with their friends. Not sure what the point of being a 24/7 convenient store is when your always closed. Then the friends of the employee have the audacity to be rude to the customers! One of them told me “it’s closed read the sign BYE!!” With complete attitude, great customer service, not! Definitely won’t be going here anymore on my way to work at the hospital with such ghetto people employed here.

I went to the store to work with shiftsmart it was a lovely place when I walked inside the management was polite although at the time they didn't need my assistance I was still graded with great hospitality and you can find most anything you want there.

The employee here does not know anything about specials or customer service and when you ask she say oh it's whatever the screen says and on. Top of that she had me in line for a good 3 mi. While she made her some coffee.this is why people.loke to go QT

At 7:06 pm, there is a sign on the door indicating that they're closed until 8pm. Circle k stores closes at 7pm and reopen an hour later. This store is operating unsatisfactory. What a shame.

I have been to this Circle K 159 times since moving to this part if town. That's a visit every two days. Everyone has been great there until tonight. An employee, who said it was his first day, overcharged me. Unfortunately, I ran my card before catching the extra $2 added to my balance. When I brought it to the attention of the employee he briefly stared in the register touch screen and then told me I had to come back tomorrow to get my money. He didn't even attempt to figure out how a refund works. Does Circle k not train an employee before they work their first shift? Pick up the phone and call your manager, find the refund button, just give the $2 out if the register and explain the shortage and fix when the next shift comes in. Use your brain! I like money and I don't like giving it away to corporate America when I don't have to. I left after realizing his effort was non-existent. I don't expect great customer service from Circle K but I do expect proficiency when handling cash. I ran a register at QT for a decade. They are designed to be idiot proof. So I left the store and realized he didn't give me my receipt. I went back in and he insisted he did. I pulled everything out of my pockets and no receipt. He stood there and didn't even look to see if he possibly still had it. I could be wrong and but he could have at least put in an effort. At this point he told me never to come back in the store again when he was working. I laughed and said I'll come in whether he's working or not. Then he says he would call the cops. Call the cops because he sucks at his job and can't handle correcting his error. Pretty pathetic.

I'm going to stop going to circle ks! there's a lady working the register there Diamond just so rude. She said to me next time don't throw your money at me. I said what! just got done counting my money and dropped on counter poor girl needs more training
