Anyone who posts saying the employees are courteous or any of that is obviously a friend or someone trying to make their reviews aren't all about how rude these employees are the managers power trip and try to trespass anyone for petty reasons also they have friends who come claim they are security frequently harassing customers

Tired to get coffee but was unable to because the machine was dispensing either hot water or a mixture of creamer and water (machine says no cream added on dispense) but still had cream. The donuts on display had hand prints on them like they were touched and put back. The store clerk asked a customer what half of thirty was and got upset when the lady didn’t answer because she was on the phone talking while shopping. I don’t care if the homeless bug me I am from Seattle. Front door was propped open by a brick and the floors by the refrigerated area were wet with no posted signs.

Absolutely hate this store it’s hardly ever open the employees are rude asfk. And the drinks are ALWAYS down. Whole point of a convince store is it’s supposed to be convenient. Smh

At 1019 am on April 18, 2024 . I was told to go somewhere else to make my purchases by a poorly groomed bad hygiene employee. This was because I said the word Sure twice to her. I am a regular customer but will never again spend a penny with this company due to this type of treatment.
This circle K does not ever adhere to the ARIZONA STATE LOTTERY AGREEMENT THEY SELL AND REDEEM WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT WHICH IS A BREECH OF THE GAMING AGREEMENT. so because they break the contract rules and I bring it up because it gets old . Saying sure about them having to do an audit everytime I go to purchase or redeem I am now kicked out and gave to buy some where else
It’s fine I’m gonna tell my family and friends to BOYCOTT CIRCKE K AND ASK THAT THEY KEEP ON TELLING everyone. they know to do the same. No response needed keep your high non convenience store and prices with a poor hygiene employees that let the homeless drug users in all day but kick out the people that have been spending alot of money there but not any more. If I could I’d give this circle k no star and close it down

Nasty store drug addicts everywhere the cashier steals money from customers. Got people cashier family washing them selfs out the from the soda dispenser they really need to hire people that wanna work.

Always make sure that you are done with one customer at a time. You are only one person working on a shift. I wasn't happy with the CK rep because I could see if she was talking to another customer while she was finishing up with me. If you can't multitask ma'am then that's my suggestion. Take care.

I just left this store after unsuccessfully making a purchase due to the lack of customer service. I tried to make a purchase using tap to pay but I guess their system froze because all I could see was a rotational cog wheel which I explained to the cashier named Holly. She replied with I don't know what to tell you it's not on our end without even looking at the screen with the look of disgust on her face as if I did something wrong. Even after asking her if there's anything she could do in her end and she promptly replied with NO once again not even looking at the screen and trying to figure out what was wrong. This has happened multiple times before at other circle k's but they would simply reset the transaction on their end and it would go through. You could question maybe she's just having a bad day but I go to this store all the time since it's right down the street from my house and she always seems to be in a bad mood and talking bad about customers after they leave the store. Maybe customer service is not the line of work she's cut out for. Either way she definitely needs training in customer care. With two other circle k's within about the same distance from where I live I'll for sure not be coming back to this store
