The cashier on 10/6/25 stole 30 dollars from me! I bought a thirst buster and got 30 dollars cash back and she literally stole it from me and acted like she didnt know what I was talking about.

Totally unacceptable customer service from Maria. She has a terrible and aggressive attitude that is the worst that I’ve ever seen at any Circle K as a delivery driver. Also the way I saw her talk to and treat other customers in the store is unacceptable. We all have bad days, but it shouldn’t reflect how we treat customers and partners.

I went to buy a coke but it was water so I said I’ll just get a Lemonade I think it was Dr Pepper so then I said let me try the other lemonade it was mango drink so then I said all right I’m just get a water Fuji 289 not a bad deal wrong price so i say hey it says 289 over there why is 359 the lady tels me with attitude you’re looking at the wrong one on my leg OK no problem, but don’t give me attitude oh people like putting stuff back where ever I was like the row is full and she just looks at me goes and take the tags off and walks away these store needs a real manager no people that Have attitude all day because of their personal problems the whole store is dirty folors

*UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AT CIRCLE K ON 16TH STREET AND SOUTHERN*
I am appalled and disgusted by the absolute mismanagement of this Circle K location. My recent visit was a complete disaster.
*EMPTY SHELVES, BROKEN EQUIPMENT, AND INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT*
- No extra-large or large cups available
- Soda fountains malfunctioning or misaligned (Pepsi was bizarrely replaced with Fanta Orange)
- Ice cream coolers barren and unstocked
- Central cooler casing, meant for sandwiches and cold goods, stood eerily empty
*EMPLOYEES MORE INTERESTED IN LAUGHTER THAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION*
To add insult to injury, employees were overheard laughing and joking about the store's deplorable state, seemingly oblivious to the frustration and disappointment they were causing.
*CIRCLE K, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED*
This location's management has failed miserably. Basic inventory management and employee accountability are nonexistent. How can a convenience store not have basic essentials like cups or functional soda fountains?
*AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS*
Until significant changes are made, I strongly advise against visiting this Circle K. The lack of respect for customers and basic business operations is staggering.

Is absolute worst circle k in the area, Not only is the staff constantly rude with an attitude but the store It never stocked, The fountain drinks are always broken or they never have cups, I asked for some coffee Creamer and they said they don't have it, I asked if they were going to refill the hot food counter and they said no, When I asked questions I was Given attitude, Corporate definitely needs to step in and Surprise inspect the Store

They never have open restrooms that's why I prefer qt everytime circle k employees and staff ate lazy and self serving to themselves not the customers
