Very rude women behind the counter last Saturday I don’t know if she was a manager or what she wasn’t wearing a Circle K shirt but she’s wearing an orange shirt ,short black hair ,dark skinned just very rude. had an attitude like I was bothering her by being there

Stopped here to gas up. While my car was filling up. I had to use the restroom. While in the middle of using the rest room. A woman(keep in mind I'm using the men's room, cuz well I'm a man) a woman opened up the door too tell me the bathrooms are closed from 10pm-6am. This place won't allow paying customers to use their rest room. Absolutely terrible. Circle K's everywhere are loosing their good customers service skills. I'll never use circle k again..

Hey Tanya (the boss, I hear), if you’re such a leader that your crew feels they need to make customers wait while they respond to your text I’ve got some leadership tips for you. Rough if you have just one person working but when the one running the register can’t work while the other two stand like zombies on their phones ignoring everybody it kind of sucks for your ratings. Hope this helps. :)

This circle k keeps charging me for drinks that I have not purchased this is theft circle k and you will be reported. I have a pending transaction in my bank account for tomorrow's date the 23rd of November and I have not purchased a drink from the future. Do not use this location. It won't let me add the photo for proof.

I would give a zero if I could. Everyday a new policy. I used to be a regular customer but never going back here. Cassey is the cashier. They need to take the id and not return it until the purchase is complete that too at self checkout where you can scan your id. What kind of bs is this. Previously if I handed them the id, they said it’s not scannable. Now it’s scannable but they don’t give it back until the purchase is complete. If I ask why “new policy”. Does circle K have a policy that you have to submit the id to the cashier until the purchase is complete? Where does the owner get all these cashiers from.?
NEVER COMING BACK !! Sorry Guys you lost 50$ everyday business.

I'm literally waiting in line . Was told give me a min. Because she is helping someone. Not capable if understanding things . Ppl start entering the building I'm still waiting. She then starts helping them I'm still waiting. I can't wait anymore. My son finished pumping gas and I'm already late I just wanted snakes for work. Thanks for making me late and now ima be hungry at work because you rather help everyone else when I was patiently waiting !!!!! So rude un unprofessional

I've never had an issue when paying at pump for gas, but today I only had cash, so I went inside and the lady working the counter was quite impatient and rude. She kept telling everyone to use the self checkout kiosks, and wouldn't help anyone at the main register. I was not aware that I could use the kiosk to pay for my gas, and when I said I needed to pay for gas she very rudely said "just do it here yourself" Typically I enjoy my gas station clerks and typically have a good experience interacting with them, usually they're super friendly so it was off-putting to have her be rude when I simply didn't know I could use the kiosk to pay for my gas. In my personal experience at this location, why is there even a clerk if they're just gonna yell at everyone to use the self checkout kiosk anyways? Is it so hard to be nice to people? I've worked customer service for 8 years and regardless of how your day is going or if you're miserable working there, it's not the customers problem. You should still be nice and do your job because it's not the customers you're currently dealing with that caused the problem that's got you so stressed out. I legit walked in the door grabbed a polar pop, hoped in line and was treated poorly for no reason.

Went to go get a lottery ticket the clerk takes my money first and then ask for my ID I ask him why and he he the lottery has a restricted policy. So I told him you take money first and then you ask. I ne er been asked for my ID on a lottery ticket. It was weird and I laughed and the clerk got upset cause I laughed. Well it was funny
