Horrible customer service, when you walk in the employees all they do is direct you to the self checkout while they are chatting away or on their phones. If you're a person buying liquor or tobacco they don't attend you till you call for them to check your ID. Self checkout is a great idea but they should still attend to the customers. And it's always dirty

I can't afford the gas to go to stores that are advertised to be open 24/7 and find out they are closed. I waited here for an hour and a half, finally got in, tried to check out and their card reader was not mounted well and slid left and right and I was unable to get my card in the reader in a way it would work.

This Circle K is one of my favorite places to stop by when I need a quick break or a refill. The store is always clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the variety of Polar Pops they have, and the snacks are always fresh and tasty. They also have other items that come in handy, like toiletries, magazines, and lottery tickets. And of course, they have gas at reasonable prices and good quality. This Circle K is more than just a convenience store, it's a lifesaver.

I usually stop in at a Circle K on my away to work to grab a coffee. I have 40 years of customer service experience, and if I see someone coming to the door or coming through the door I stand up and acknowledge them, letting them know we are open and available for service. This Circle K has not been inviting in the 3 months I have lived in the area and it has gotten worse rather than better. There is a sandwich board blocking half the front door and the doors are covered with signs making it appear that the store is not open. This morning, both doors had signs apologizing that they were closed for some time,which was way past, but the signs were still on the door. I have looked in the door and can not see the attendant sitting, actually hiding behind the counter. The only way I know the store is open is when I finally push the door open. Honestly, to my surprise, I do find it open. Walking in the last 2 mornings, I have mentioned to the attendant, "I didn't even know you were open." Her response and poise Is so nonchalant, she appears not to have a care in the world if there are customers or not. Even when engaged, she still just sat there like she did not care. I stop here because it is the one on my way into work, and when the temps hit the lower 40s, it is nice for that cup of coffee. Not only do I stop here for coffee, but it is my regular gas stop if I need to fill up. I may begin to look for another Circle K or another store completely. If management is encouraged to respond to my review, please do so, but do not use a canned template for your response. I would suggest stepping up the customer service and making your store up here a little more inviting.

Gas total is off. I put in 87 thinking it was 3.61 however it charged me 4.21. After speaking to a circle K employee she had an attitude and said there's nothing she can do about it. Come back tomorrow. I ask why is the sign says 3.61 and your charging 4.21 she said bye... some customer service this African American woman has.

Incredibly rude to customers. I was waiting patiently to be assisted by the clerk. (Liquor) He pretended to not see me while helping the customers that were behind me in line. I reported this to the manager and she laughed. ? It seemed so unreal. If we start reacting to staff antagonizing customers would you laugh then as well?

Trash everytime .... Didn't get to use my discount card or rewards because the cashier was too rude to try and help me.
