The assistant manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior and attitude toward customers do not reflect the standards expected of someone in a managerial role. I asked for $40 worth of gas and handed her $50. She told me she couldn’t provide change and refused to use the machine. Instead of offering a solution, she dismissed my request with a negative attitude. She came across as both lazy and disrespectful, and I don’t believe she is suited for her current position.

I will never come back to this circle k if I could give it zero stars I would. So today 05/04/2025 around 6:30pm i stopped into this circle k to get cash out of the atm. I walked up to the front door and this girl with red hair wearing an adidas jacket was standing in front of the door blocking it with a 2 or 3 customers standing there trying to get in. The girl with red hair was actually an employee. She was not wearing anything at all that said she was an employee, no name tag or nothing. Basically what this employee was doing was standing in front of the door smoking a cigarette not letting any customer's in until she was done. She had me and 3 other customers stand in front of the door while she took her good old time smoking this cigarette. Me and these other 2 customer's stood there for 5 minutes until she was done. A few customers also came up and realized what was going on and immediately left. This girl acted like she did not care that she had us wait. Just the fact of an employee smoking right in front of the front door making customer's wait for her until she is done is disgusting. I have never ran into such a rude disrespectful employee, . I wish I could of got her name but she was not wearing a name badge. I am also going to call circle k's corporate number as well over this. Having an employee act like that is sickening. I will never go back to this location ever.

Been to this store 3 times in almost a week and its been closed, 2 of those times within a few hours of each other. Staff is either lazy and don't want the extra work when preparing for shift change/ recieving shipments or for some other reason shopper's aren't allowed in but there controlling and confrontational boyfriends are allowed inside.

This Circle K has better gas prices than the other stations in the area. The store was clean and offered the same food and drink items as other convenience stores.

There was a guy named Aaron that’s works there and I seen him harassing a customer with lies and following her around saying “it’s his store”. Totally unacceptable and not professional at all. I will never go to this circle k ever again I suggest you just drive down the street to the circle k on 32nd and van buren
Just to avoid the drama.
