I went to this store for gas and have my 10cents of circkle k card handy employee name michael white guy told me qe don't accept this card anymore its says circkle k card told him I used that card yesterday why you can't take it he said it's expired I told him no it will never expired wth are you talking about I want to try it he said no we don't use it anymore I was so mad he made my day worst I wasn't expecting that from Circle k employee I used same Circle k discount card at different location got 10c off this place needs to watch by owner employees are extremely rude I'm form Ahwatukee area never had that kinda of interactions at my neighborhood circkle please work on your employees or let them go they fire them

I go here to get gas through upside , I very seldom go inside unless it's to use my gas card . You should train your people how to use this card . I've had to show them more than once & sometimes here & 51st ave & Baseline tell me they don't use these cards , even though the discount is advertised on the price billboard outside . Back to the 3508 W. Baseline store . I went in to buy powerade 4- $5.00 went to the counter. No cashier ! , people coming in & out just taking what they want . I yelled out " anybody here" 3 times . I was concerned something may have been wrong . Then a guy in a Circle K shirt came out of the hallway. It looked like he just woke up . He walked behind the counter & pointed at the self-checkout, which I don't do . Handed him my $5.00 & walked out . What do these people get paid to do ? It certainly isn't cleaning the store or registering the discount gas card or using the cash register . Circle has really gone down hill & soon no one will be shopping there . At QT there is always more than one employee working . The place is clean , no self checkout & no homeless hanging around the front door . Get it together circle K. SMH ?

Hate getting polar pops from here. Soda fountain is always sticky, dirty and downright disgusting. There was chewed candy and spit out gum in the ice tray for 3 DAYS just sitting there- fountains look like they get cleaned once a month if that. I’ve worked in food/customer service for years and this is one of the worst I’ve seen. To top it off, the Soda is also very flat and syrupy and often tastes metallic. I would gladly drive 10 miles rather than getting another drink here. CLEAN YOUR MACHINE PLEASE

Grimey. Only go there for upside to get gas. Wish they would do qt instead. Circle k could look to see how they doing it cause they are way better at it and hell its right across the street from each other most of the time. You would think you would want to be better but i guess not.

The pregnant woman who's the cashier is very rude. We went to pay for gas with coins and she told us something like I'm not taking that dirty change.

Sometimes it is nice getting bad service so you know where to never come back to. Your employees completely ignored me and another customer standing at the counter. They couldn't be bothered with saying "hi, we will be right with you". No smile or even looking at us.

Tried to get fuel, declined. Ok whatever, used a my debit card next: said “error processing reinsert and try again” well I never did and it decided to work? I’m calling my bank as there’s a skimmer being used, and the employees inside couldn’t care less.

Circle K management: This store is quickly becoming a joke. Every time I go in, there's people running out the door with stolen merchandise, often multiple times in one short visit. The beggars and vagrants outside are also problematic. Every time I park, I can never make it to the door without being hit up for money at least once. Same walking out the door. And there's always the same ppl outside doing it. Many ppl here in Laveen have boycotted this location due to the aforementioned. Clean up your act.On a brighter note, most of the employees are friendly, but also frustrated about the problems.

Stopped to put gas I had a $10 bill and a $10 roll of quarters, the cashier said she was going to charge me $2.50 to accept my roll of quarters! SMH bad enough gas prices are horrible now they charge you to pay with the only thing you have! Horrible

Why are they closed every day on my way home from work? They say they need to take a break, which I understand but why does everyone have to go at the same time. It's busy and if you can't pay at the pump or want a snack, you are out of luck! QT here I come!

This is more of a tip than a review, actually. I have rented a truck from the U-Haul place a short distance west on Baseline each of the last 2 years. At the end of the moving day, this station is a very convenient place to fill up the truck again before dropping it off. The cover over the pumps is high enough so that you don't have to worry about scraping it with the truck, and the station didn't seem too congested either time I visited.

best circle in town!!! they have the friendly clerk attendants! whenever i go in they always make me feel welcomed and invited :) watch out qt you have some major competition! these workers deserve a raise

The fountain drinks are bad and most of the carbonated drinks taste flat. Even the powerade/Gatorade taste a little off and the area is always messy.

CANT EVEN GET GAS! I had to drive to 5 different pumps before I could actually get one to work. Some were "out of service" and some seemed hopeful until it wouldn't accept my payment. I've been noticing this trend at a lot of Circle K locations in this area, unfortunately.
