My adult grandson entered a Circle K to purchase a few food items, and I was there to provide transportation. After he selected his items, he was unexpectedly turned away because the electronic registers were down, preventing them from accepting food stamp cards. I felt a surge of anger when my grandson informed me of the situation. However, I understand that the cashiers are not to blame; the issue lies with Circle K's inadequate technology for processing transactions. The cashier who assisted us today was Domo, who demonstrated remarkable patience, kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. Circle K should appreciate having such a dedicated employee, as he genuinely cared about the impact of having to turn away customers. The only reason why this Circle K received three stars is due to the cashier who graciously assisted my grandson with a proper explanation.

My kids go to school near this circle. K I stopped here right after I dropped them off and I bought two packs of cigarettes and I bought $20 in gas. Well I get home and I did forget my cigarettes as everybody knows those are expensive . The next day after I drop off my kids I decide to stop at the store thinking there's no way that they'll remember me. And even if they did why would they want to give me back my cigarettes? They would just pretend that I was crazy. Who knows? But I thought I would try anyways because that's a lot of money to lose. I walked in. It happened to be the same manager. Her name is Teresa and she remembered me right off the bat handed me my cigarettes. No problem was super friendly and I can't tell you how thankful I am that she was honest and a great store manager with great customer service skills. She gave me what I paid for and I truly appreciate that best circle k experience that I could ever ask for because usually circle k's are not the best when it comes to customer service or cleanliness but this particular circle k on baseline and Dobbins has a really good store manager. Shout out to Teresa!! Thank you so much for being a great person, a great manager and having awesome customer service skills 🙂

This gas station is really the only thing around for a few miles to get a cold drink and a snack if needed. Every one of the employees are great, even if they're having a bad day themselves. HOWEVER, one specific employee named Mary Jane is a miserable old cookoo bat. She sits and waits for people she doesn't like to come in, and when they do she literally physically attacks them. She accuses people of taking from the store but in all reality she places orders with people (customers who are willing to boost for her so she herself can save a few bucks) and then when her shift is over, she pays the people who stole the merchandise in the parking lot. She really needs to be fired as this has gone on way too long and she gets away with it without being punished. She truly needs to be terminated seeing as this has been happening since she started working there about 3 years ago and she's getting worse..please please do something to show her she is in no way in the right.

The refuse to let you use the public restroom and they are so rude here! Run away! Don’t fill your gas here! There’s a QT down the street near 16th and Baseline. Go there 1550 E Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85042 and another QT at 1915 W Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85041

Where do I start? The ATM stole $180 and they couldn’t do anything for me but tell me to calm down. You loose $180 out of an ATM with no sign and they tell you they can’t help you and see what happens. Their ice machines don’t work, there’s always fights outside, they can’t keep workers, their gas pumps NEVER work and they authorize a ton of money from your card too. I hate this circle K so much and it sucks because it’s super convenient and nearby but I’d much rather drive further because it’s all bullcrap coming here.

9040 s. Central ave! This location is a JOKE! The guy they have at the register right now is ridiculous, I googled the number and called, he answered like it was his personal phone for one and then had the audacity to tell me that it wasn't Circle K I was reaching. I had just left the store and got home to realize I didn't have my debit card, it was around midnight of the 10/07/2023. The clerk there is a young man that should be trained better or immediately fired. He is the wrong person to represent the franchise at this location. Don't say 24 hours if you are not 24hours. And to close the store for 4 hours is bad. If your gonna pay someone to be there might as well stay open! For the 20 minutes I was there multiple people drove up and left because it's closed. Poor service and bad worker. If I can give zero stars that is what would be ranked. And to say the store is closed for cleanning is a even bigger lie, no one is cleaning and the store soda machine is always messy, floors are sticky. The clerks just sit behind counter no regard for their position or their job duties. This suck...???
