The older mam working the night shift right now is SO RUDE. I told him I don't use the self check out very often as I buy cigarettes he was no help. I asked him if I should put the donut quantity in on my side he said doesn't matter then he did it and entered the wrong one, went to put my phone number in he started yelling at me it's going to lock me out, yelled at me to not pay kept saying itd lock me out...apparently I was taking too long to get my ID out of my wallet that he asked for so he said forget it and never checked it. I asked for camel crush menthol he gave me camel crush then tried to correct me saying those aren't regular ciggs and I need to ask for extra menthol. I've smoked the same cigs for 10 years and have had no trouble ordering them as the box reads exactly as I asked camel crush menthol i never said regular so not sure what in the world he was talking about. If you aren't sure that's fine I understand there's so many and they look a like but how dare you scold me.. The Customer service was extremely lacking. So disappointing as I live around the corner and spend a decent amount of money will not be back to deal w him... don't make your customers feel like an inconvenience.

I stopped by this Circle K to use their bathroom. I have OCD so I am in the bathroom longer than normal. The employee, who was an older man, knocked on the door multiple times, I had assumed it was another customer so I ignored him. At some point when I was finishing up he opened the door and was very rude about me staying in there for a long time. I understand why he might have been suspicious, but regardless that is abysmal customer service.

The customer service is mediocre but, the main concern is sometimes there are bees at the pumps.

Lou, I believe his name is the employee behind the cash register. He is always so nice and helpful when we visit this Circle K. I just wanted to give him a positive review. My kids like his sense of humor, and we appreciate him. He makes our visit fun.

I watched the old dude at the counter sell a bunch of tobacco products to a little girl with a fake id. It wouldn’t scan, he tried several times. Told her it was a no go but then took her cash and winked. Made me super uncomfortable and should’ve called 911 on him but was driving through on a road trip. I would definitely look into this!!!

An older gentleman was standing in the doorway, holding the door open. He was smoking a cigarette and all the smoke was flooding into the building, it reeked inside. I was confused on how the employees were allowing this. Well I then come to find out he was the one and only employee working. Very unprofessional location.

Went in the store today around 4pm. The cashier Lou was assisting an elderly lady with some lottery tickets. You could tell there was some frustrations he couldn’t hear her as she didn’t talk very loud. He refused her money and told her he paid for the whole thing just to get out of the way. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and how rude he was. The little lady ending up leaving a and left a $20 bill on the counter he said I can’t put that in the register and it stayed on the counter he pushed it to the side.
During this I was over to the self check out machine. It charged me $10.89 extra have no idea what it was for. So I go to Lou’s line I say hello I used the machine and it charged me for something I didn’t buy.. He very rudely tells me there is nothing he could do about it it’s a machine and he can’t get into to it. WHAT! Why couldn’t you just refund me for the machine error. Needless to say I won’t ever use the self check out machine!
Lou and I exchanged some words about how unprofessional he was!
LOU life is too short to be unhappy if you hate your job get a new one! The way you spoke to the lady In front of me was uncalled for. You should be ashamed of yourself. I hope no one ever speaks to your Mom that way. Do better!
Circle K train your employees so they can assist customers!

I came here on November 30 for fuel day, which I learned about from the news playing on the gym tv earlier that day. I had a half tank of gas but I couldn't pass up a good deal: $0.40 off per gallon. I stopped by this station on my way home and filled up. One of the employees approached me and gave me a fuel card to save $0.10/gallon on subsequent visits and a coupon for a car wash. This promotion was available only from 4-7pm, which luckily happened to be when I visited. I also signed up for the Circle K Inner Circle rewards program, which gives new users 25 cents off per gallon on the first five fill-ups. I could've saved more money on this visit, but it was still a fantastic deal. Looking forward to the next fuel day!
