I’ve been coming here almost daily for 10 years as I own a home within a stones throw from the store. It’s had its ups and downs but right now it seems to be as bad as it’s been. There was a manager I used to see around that seemed to care but I no longer see her around. If I’ve seen the new manager I wouldn’t know them from any of the many new clerks that keep rotating through, the store seems to be on autopilot. The transients seem to be more frequent and in bigger numbers, especially at night. I’m assuming they have a new Pepsi rep as well because for months they are often out of Pepsi 2 liters while overstocked with Diet Pepsi, Pepsi zero sugar and cherry Pepsi. Out of 12 rows of 2 liters 11 of them are packed to the back of the shelf with the flavors I listed and 1 row is for actual Pepsi and it’s often empty and nothing in the cooler. That doesn’t seem to be proper inventory management on a high mover. Is anyone looking at the numbers? I assuming it’s the Pepsi reps job but who’s missing it in store? I buy a lot there but gas and Pepsi is what I mainly buy, and a lot of both. I often have to drive to Tatum to get what I need. Thanks a lot. 👎🏻 I already try to avoid coming here at night because of the open use parties going on at each corner of the building, if I can’t count on them having what I need, why would I keep coming during the day? 10 years coming here and I think I’ll start gassing up and buying my conveniences at a gas station closer to work on the way home. It will be a quick trip….

Well, Corporate Circle K. I don’t know what you’re doing but, please stop. This new manager is not an upgrade. Every time I stop in she is always on her phone instead of helping the line or her associates. But, I’m sure if the associates’ need her they can stop what they’re doing and go find her smoking on her phone outside to say they need help during the busy hours.
Not to mention, she doesn’t smile, greet nothing, just kind of this weird judgy look. I’ve been living in this neighborhood for 3yrs. Going to the same Circle K. Every morning and some evenings. Where I get my gas and snacks. Guess I’m back to driving out of my way to QT.

I think everybody is tired of the staff shutting the place down so they can stand at the front door and smoke for 20 minutes ...I'll just go somewhere else from now on

I am so tired of having to battle smoke when I am going in,or out of the door. What's worse is it's the " manager " every morning that I go by. Today,her,and the other gal working are trying to get all thier puffs in,while the customers battle this. I'm over it. City ordinance says 20-25 feet, I'm calling them next. You should also watch how many times these people are outside. No wonder why they want everyone using the self check kiosk.

I have frequented this Location on many occasions. Today after a long day at work, I stopped for some ice and some beverages, only to find the new self check isn't working. They clerk who's on his phone with his infant child eventually helps me and then when things aren't ringing up properly, or I misunderstood a charge, I start getting a bunch of attitude and threatens to send me down the street to the other Circle K. All while on the phone with now his grandmother. The incredible amount of disrespect this employee showed was unacceptable.

Degrade you when entering the store with a backpack “Hey Can’t You Read”They didn’t have this rule before. They Want Customers Who Have Backpacks Leave It On The Floor Where Everyone Has Access To It And You Go Shopping.

2ND TIME THIS IS HAPPENING...Well....this Circle K is definitely ripping off their customers. After swiping my debit card to pay for gas, I didn't realize it at first..1. I went to the pump after, and I PAID FULL price for gas (I had a .20 cents off, never was applied to my purchase).2. I went back inside and noticed the cashier had given me some else receipt, so I asked to print mine, but of course, the cashier (same guy Andre) conveniently could not find it in the computer, my receipt.WATCH IUT FOR WHAT YOUR ARE BEEN CHARGE!3. AS I WAS STANDING WAITING ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS ON THE SELF CHECK OUT AND ON THE SCREEN IT WAS CHARGING HIM FOR ITEMS THAT HE WASN'T EVEN PUTING ON THE TRAY!Do not trust Andre (cashier) at Circle K. As I paid at the register for gas, I swiped my clean freak .20 cents off card and also swiped my debit card. Went to the pump, and he did not apply the discount. So I paid full price for gas, I went back inside to tell him that he did not do my discount. His answer was...well, you have to come back when we have a manager. I'll for sure do that and make a former complaint.Good thing that I always ask for a receipt so I have proof of his incompetence.It is not the .20 cents I'm upset about. It is the principle.

Chandra (spelling?) the female manager is always very helpful, friendly, smiling, attentive etc. Customer service is largely dead in today's day and age, so people like her really stand out... I hope circle K takes very very good care of her, or one of the many business owners that come through here daily will certainly snatch her up and offer her more money... I would imagine she probably isn't paid even close to what she deserves... she deserves at least 50k+ for what she is bringing to the table.. the store always looks faced, stocked, and well cared for.. she goes above and beyond daily.. go ahead Circle K corporate, try her out .. send a secret customer by there sometime during peak busy hours in the day and check out her store. .lI bet she'll pass with flying colors / thanks Chandra

They’re always closed until 4am. I thought they were 24 hours. Makes it really inconvenient for those that work early.
