The Team at Clarke Capital has been so helpful from day one when we decided to purchase our first rental property. We did everything electronically thus it was so convenient and fast. They let us know what is needed and give us an idea of what is expected next. We were able to close on our property in 30 days! They are fast, thorough, friendly and provided us with great rates. Curtis was amazing! My home buying situation was very conplex and I lost alot of finance advisors along the way. Curtis not only took on this complicated home buying adventure, but got me approved for a better loan and interest rate. I was referred to him from my brother and sister in law which he assisted on their home purchase as well as their refinancing, and he also refinanced my parents. He's now a family member! Had an excellent experience buying my first home with Clarke Capital. Allen Hong was my loan officer and did an amazing job! We got a great deal and even closed a week early, which was extremely important to me as we only had one month left on our lease when we started the process. I recently purchased my first home and this was all thanks to Curtis, he was very helpful from the beginning. He was able to give me a way better deal than the builder’s lender. Always available to answer my many questions. I am thankful to him and my realtor, they made it happen. He gave me a quote and he did what he had to do to stick to it. Definitely recommend!
