Had no problems till recently.It seems that they must have adjusted the water level.Seems like no water is in the washer.Or I don’t know how washers work.But I swear you use to see more water.

Plenty of washers and dryers of various sizes. The token machines have no surcharge. However, the one that takes card is usually broken. The frys next door has a Bank of America with an ATM inside tho, the ATM charges $3 for out of network cards.

I go to this laudramat once every 3 or so wks to wash my comforter. My first several times, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of this place. Casey was the attendant and he did a superb job.However, something has changed recently. 3 out of the last 4 times, the place was more or less trashed. Yesterday, the floor was nasty. There was some suspicioius looking stuff on the floor.Yeah, this place is in a rough neighborhood, but it used to be the petunia in an onion patch. Has the attendant quit? Is upper level mgmt not concerned that this place has become the stereotypical not-very-clean laundromat? Let's get back the sparkling clean, perfectly maintained laudromat this place once was.

I was looking for a laundromat to wash my comforter. I found this business on line, went there, was impressed, and went back many times. The last 2 times it fell far short of its name. It was trashy. Went back today, and while it wasn't trashy, it between trashy and clean. In addition I got a surprise about the dryers. Friday 1-5 has always been free, but today they were not. I may go back to use their washers and take lysol spray and broom and dust pan, but I really need to find another laundromat. While it lasted, it was a great place and the attendant was super. Sorry to see this place go down the drain. Would I recommend this place? Definitely not.

False advertising. Dryer's are not free. Price for washers are high but doable with free dryers. Since dryers are not free they cost to much.

Never an attendant or cash in the machine to get change. It's always dirty, restroom locked, and can't get anything from the vending machines.

Tried calling this location directly as well as left a couple emails to see if they will be open on Monday, Labor Day but no one returns any messages.Went there on 09/04, wash was good but dryer # 37 on the bottom does not provide hot heat. I tried drying approximately 7 articles of clothing for 30 minutes and they were still as wet as when I took them out of the washer. Wasted $1.25 on drying, no one there to assist at 9 am regarding this matter. No one answers the phone or returns voicemails or emails.

I have attempted to go to this location twice now. The first time things were clean and machines were available but the card reader was not working. I had to have cash for quarters or tokens, and I never carry cash.Today, I went on "Free Dry" day. Half the machines were marked as "out of order." The card reader was still unusable. The bill readers were lit as out of quarters, but tokens were available for cash. No worker was in sight. The place seemed clean but with all the chaos, I did not feel safe even to set my things down to look for a machine.I ended up driving to the location 18 miles away on Country Club, which had a wifi issue so I ended up at the location on Brown Road in Mesa. Both locations use the Huebsch app. Even when not supervised, the environments at both locations were and are quiet and orderly -- and does not resemble a Black Friday atmosphere.This sure seemed like a nice place to do laundry but I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you are high energy or have a pack of people with you. Also carry cash and be prepared to pay for tokens which are non-refundable if you can't use them.

I love this laundry ... mat there always mopping and wiping things down...there is always a place for me to sit and a place to fold my clothes...when the machine took fifty cents more than the cost..the attendant gave me two dollars worth of tokens.

Sign says mon-weds-fri free dryers 12-5. WELL NOPE! I was there yesterday ( weds) and paid $8.00 to dry my stuff. So that is truly false advertising!

It’s a ok place but not always clean and is small and over crowded a lot and also the have no baskets so bring your own. There’s a lot of riff rats because of the light rail and the neighborhood.

The dirtiest thing I've ever seen, in laundries, plus the dryers at the bottom don't dry any, I won't return to this place anymore

I like this laundry mat. There can be some questions let people in the area, but I haven't had any issues inside the building. I've used quite a few different laundry matt's and I always seem to be in and out faster here. Prices are reasonable too.
