I don't know why there are all these bad reviews about this clear connection subcontractors because the technician Hector came out and he was really great he did a great job installing and put everything back where it was very professional very friendly very expedient thank you Hector for a great install.

Found them in my backyard without permission trying to fix the neighbors internet. I dont have cox. Ruined my plants. They are completely ruined. They stepped all over them trying to fix the neighbors internet. Why the hell were they in my yard without permission. How is this acceptable .

Very poor service. Showed up 45 minutes late of 2 hour window, did not contact until after window was complete. Did not have tools for job. Supervisor arrived, would not talk with me. Spent majority of time on laptop, not performing work. Supervisor was going to leave without talking to me until I flagged him down, would not give me contact information for him or company. When booking with Cox, insist that this company is not sent.

Very lazy tech came by today, he came inside checked everything out said it looked fine, went outside to look at the box, was outside for 30 minutes and came back up and said he can’t get in. Asked me to call my maintenance and he did come and told the tech that he does not have keys the TECH SHOULD, internet has been down for 3 days now, he went to go ask his boss for a key and he said he would call me in 30 mins, well after 30 mins goes by I get a text saying my appointment has been cancelled and I can’t get a new one til Friday? That’s gonna be 5 days just because this guy doesn’t want to do his job and doesn’t have the guts to call me LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD, Cox please save your reputation and unverify these guys, they are horrible
