My mortgage company instructed me to choose a title company and I had no idea who to use. As a FedEx courier I used to deliver packages at Clear Title so decided to use them. Kimball handled my closing. Every time I called the call was answered immediately and every time I emailed the email was responded same day. Closing took less than 45 minutes and I highly recommend Clear Title of Arizona and Kimball for any title and escrow work.

I didn't get to choose the title company because I was the seller in the transaction but if I could have selected the title company it would NOT have been this one!Quick background. I, owned my mother's home, but she held the mortgage. When she originally purchased the home, she held mortgage and title. She decided to quit claim the home to me to avoid a lengthy probate process after her death. She decided to leave the state of Arizona, so we sold the home.While working with Clear Title AZ I was told that my quit claim deed cannot be used to convey ownership of the home... EVEN THOUGH it was created by a lawyer and signed by my mother and witness by a notary public. I was told this less than 24 hours from my scheduled closing date! They needed an "affidavit" (in quotes because they would not tell me the actual name of the form or affidavit needed) completed and signed by mother as well as being notarized. She's in CA and I'm in AZ! The affidavit was received and closing went on, 8 days later!During the closing and the signing of the documents my husband (who is not an owner of the home) had to sign (ready for this?) a quit claim deed!! Yes! The exact type of document they said they do not recognize to convey the transfer of owner to a property (mine) is the same document they used for themselves!! I might add that they justified the "cannot use" by telling me it's because so much fraud exists lately with quit claim deeds! So much fraud that they cannot use my quit claim deed but will use their own quit claim deed??? REALLY, Clear Title AZ?Additionally, when I received this news, I, naturally, escalated through the management hierarchy. I got as high as the vice president of escrow administration, Brandi Kirby, and left her three voicemails, one email, and one instant message via the receptionist. I received no return phone call or email from her!!They delayed my closing by more than a week by not contacting me in plenty of time before the original closing date to correct this problem. This is why they are getting a one star rating.

I have nothing good to say about them. They lie to you telling you that you will get your check today. No way I waited all day and then nothing. They have no redeeming qualities about them. Such liars. Beware. When closing is on a specific date it should be on that date and not three days later. The new owner didn't have to wait thief

Terri was amazing. They were the most reasonable on price and the amount of time it took was incredible. I bought 40 acres vacant land fist time buyer and Terri explained everything to me and she was the only person that Congratulated me on my purchase. The seller is 97 years old and the office was so wonderful with her and her daughter. Pioneer title agency will forever be in my memories of me buying my DREAM. THANK YOU TERRI ..

He marketing side of clear title is a complete joke. There is no management, the work is shoddy, and they have people that don’t know what they’re doing. Will never work again with them simply because of their marketing, or lack their of.
