I used ClosetBox for storage and moving services for about six months. I had a good experience up until the end. Unfortunately my delivery could not be scheduled until a few days after my desired time. Long story short, this difference of about three business days cost me a full months 'rent'. ClosetBox has a policy that if your items are in storage for even one day of the month, you're charged the full amount (for me approx $220 plus the delivery fees). For a service that claims to be all about the customer, this policy is not in the customers best interest. I've used multiple self-storage units in the past and they'll prorate or comp as a goodwill gesture. Egregious

I used Closetbox Storage for 6 months while my house was being built. When I was ready for my belongings it was around the holidays and they were closed on the day I needed my stuff delivered out to me. They made arrangements for me to get my holiday items out of storage and also bring my items out after the holiday. They really went out of there way to help me. The movers that they send out are so nice and helpful. This company really makes it very easy to move. You might pay a little more but it really is worth it. I have two little kids and I could not have done this move this smoothly without them. Would use them again in a second. Thank you Closetbox.

I truly wish there were a no stars choice! If you are moving - BEWARE of this amazing scam. I was so happy to find this company on-line. If you read through their BIO - it is too good to be true - but they claim "NO CATCH". Here is a quote on delivering your items back to you:" In most cases, your return fee is equivalent to your monthly storage rent." In my case - it was a 5x10 unit with a studio apt worth of items. Nothing large or heavy. I only needed it for 8 days so the fee to pick up and the unit was $49.96 of a 99.00 monthly fee. But here is where the too good to be true comes in. To deliver my items back would be $428.00! I had to make her say it twice - that's how unbelievable it was! No wonder I had never heard of them. Their ad is as miss-leading as it gets. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone and I suggest you keep looking for a reputable company to assist in your move as well.

I was very skeptical about this Closetbox. At first I thought that it was too good to be true and that there will be hidden charges or my items will get damaged. I couldn't be more wrong. Very professional, great service, efficient and this is the only way I will ever move. Thank you Closetbox!

I just moved here from CA, and had less space than I had imagined for my storage. I searched for storage companies and I came across Closetbox Storage. Called them, they came out on time, took my boxes very gently, and now I don't have to worry about the precious items stored in the boxes!!! Love this service. I am a senior and physically cannot do what I used to do as far as lifting and moving. So this was the perfect solution for me. The monthly payment is so much less costly than having an additional bedroom...and I don't have to clean the storage unit!!! Great customer service...
