Ok car wash. Didn't take the tree droppings or bird dropping. Thet have a good vacuum system and good wipe down towels.

This car wash did a terrible job of cleaning our car. The back wasn’t even touched. I spent 45 minutes after the wash cleaning our car. I wouldn’t come back here if the car wash was free

My windshield was undamaged prior to my wash. Now it requires total replacement. Im not happy with this company. The main thing I take from your reply is that no damage was observed prior to my wash and instructing a driver to pull into your wash to quickly can damage glass due to rapid cooling damage as was the case for me. My windshield was cracked during a basic wash at the 16 th st and missouri location. I informed them of the issue then , they requested time to investigate. Told me I would be called in 2-3 days. 5 days later I again reached out in person( all calls i made went to voice mail) . No magament was present so I returned the following day. This time they got my full contact and car info. Hopefully they contact and do whats right . But in the mean time I can worry about how to pay for the damage caused to my car because I was foolish enough to try out a new car wash. TAKE WARNING YOU MIGHT END UP WITH A CRACKED WINDSHEILD TOO. IF THE TEMP OF THE WATER AND THE TEMP OF YOUR WINDSHEILD ARE TO FAR APART!!! As a car wash they should know how to avoid this issue and man up when they dont.

I used to enjoy coming to this location, but over the past several months, the back of my GTI isn’t being cleaned, you can just see some brush marks in the dirt. Same thing with my husband’s new Explorer. I don’t know what happened to the equipment, but it wasn’t this way before. I was about to cancel my membership, but the location on 12th and Indian School works properly so we’re just going to drive a little further for our carwashes.
Update: After reading newer reviews, it appears the staff here is very aware of the problems with the equipment and are trying to blame it on trucks and large SUVs. Well, like I mentioned, I drive a GTI which is a compact hatchback.
I would imagine if people with memberships just stop coming to this one, corporate will revoke their franchise since they’re not pulling their own weight in carwashes given compared to the other locations.

Update, the real story, I spoke to 2 people(recorded conversation) at 5324 N 16th and 1 clearly said they do not completely wash trucks due to an issue caused by their outdated equipment. 12th and missouri can/will wash trucks. It does not explain why 5324 still accepts money and does not provide the service agreed upon, this is a crime. Could be why others are complaining their vehicles are not cleaned. The second guy tried to make it my fault their equipment is older and will not safely wash trucks and its my fault they are criminals and selling services they do not deliver. All recorded if interested. No difference between $8 and $11 wash as far as washing the top. The lying is to cover old equipment criminal acts. 1st post - COBBLESTONE 5324 N 16th. Girl said she will help me and I said I think I'm good. SHE DID NOT TELL ME THEY DO NOT WASH TRUCKS! $8 option, NO WHERE ON ANY SCREEN DID IT SAY THEY DO NOT WASH TRUCKS! My experience, I watched the horizontal rotating brush come down and before my truck got to the brush it went back up. The hood/WS/top were not washed and looked filthy. Back at the entrance the starter told me they do not wash trucks. They accepted my money with my understanding they do wash trucks and then did a PARTIAL WASH??? VIOLATION OF LAW!! I went to 12th and Indian School and they explained there is a difference between $8 and $11 wash(LIES) and washed my truck for free with the $11 option COMPLETE WASH. Who would offer a partial wash, oh, and not tell me its a partial wash, and then lie to me saying they don't wash trucks AFTER THEY ACCEPTED MY $8. COBBLESTONE 5324 N 16th, that's who. Several others have posted this location is a rip off BC of poor washing and I agree. Recorded conversation with machine starter provided upon request. Small claims court for me but only because I want to help them improve. Taking money from them will help them pay attention and address their problems to become better members of our community. Join me if you think this is a good idea. I wish I had taken pics of the poor wash to post. Next time, and I'm going to 5324. 2 bad trips will help the judge decide. The posts re closing before 8pm and google shows open til 8pm 7days??

This car wash is awful!!! There’s a reason it’s cheap. You get what you pay for. The car wash doesn’t clean your front bumper. I’ve gone through it 6 times and there’s still dead bugs on the bumper. And if you have an SUV, it doesn’t clean the back window. I have to go through 3 times for it to get my back window. I complained and they said they’ve gotten a lot of complain from people with large SUV’s about the front and back of the vehicle not getting cleaned. And recommended I go to a different location on Indian school. How about, fix your car wash?
