I've been here multiple times at different hours of the day. There is hardly ever any soap or foam dispensed in the car wash that my car has come out with new scratches and still visibly dirty. This is the only location that consistently has this issue.

It’s always fast and they always have clean rags but there isn’t a lot of stalls for vacuuming sometimes I just leave I don’t have time to wait for one

The cobblestone at baseline and sixteenth street probably has the best wash in the best vacuums.You may not think that each of the stores is different but they are.

Came to this location after work around 4:30pm on 12/21 and the antenna on the top of my car was completely ripped off. I am completely devastated and will be canceling my subscription. There is no reason for this carwash to be so harsh it rips my antenna off and damages the top of my car.

Extremely LOUD music every day as of 6am. Employees don’t even care. Homeless people camping and scavenging the trash every night who steal from the property next door and claim they are “employees”. Staff states they have no clue about this activity and does nothing to fix it. Service is mediocre compared to a vast number of other Cobblestone locations. 0 stars if I could.
