Incompetent staff, refuse to acknowledge the fact that their equipment damaged my windshield. As an auto detailing business, I would never treat my clients like this.

Place did a good enough job, but doesn't do good on tires and wheels or bugs on front of car. They have free vacuums and towels to dry your car streak free, which is great. No other car washes that do a better job in the area.

Watch out!! They'll smooth talk you into a carwash plan describing it as something other than a monthly plan. Then getting them to help you cancel was useless. All in all, $63.00 for 2 car washes. Budget carwashes, not even the good kind.
Update 10/7/25
They reached out and only refunded 21 of the 63. This tells me they really could care less .

Prefer this location above all others. It can get quite busy on Fridays and weekends as can any. Younger teen staff usually busy on their cells if standing at line entrances but the older staff, are so welcoming and always willing to help. Haven't had any issues that weren't quickly resolved by staff. Times available really help to come at all hours of the day if too busy. Location Is great! Don't ever change management. Family deal is great and reasonable.

I’m not one to do reviews but I had to this time out of principle. I have a membership to this car wash and never had any issues. Today I stopped by to get my son’s car cleaned up after the storm we had last night. The line was the longest I had experienced so I decided to pull in and use the vacuum and towels first to clean the inside of the car. The line wasn’t getting any shorter and I had to get home to get ready for work so I decided to wipe down the windows and mirrors instead of doing a full wash. An employee approached me and said I wasn’t allowed to do any cleaning to the outside of my car. I asked why and he said because they wanted people to purchase car washes or memberships. I told him I was a member. He looked at my son’s car which doesn’t have the membership sticker and said “ really? Where is it?”. I explained the sticker was on my other car but he wasn’t having it. I felt like some punk kid who just got scolded by an adult. Mind you I’m in my mid 50s and a member of this facility. He could have just asked for my phone number to look up my membership but seemed more interested in chasing me away.
Needles to say, after that experience I’m not too happy with this place and will probably end my membership. I get the concept of what he was trying to do but the delivery was all wrong and never asked the right questions. Just sucks because the location is convenient and never had any issues before.

Been coming here for the past few months and enjoyed their membership program with no hassle. I went through the car wash today and another car bumped into me. Not sure if it was a careless driver or a careless employee guiding them in but the other car fled after the car wash and the employees were no help to me whatsoever. Canceled my membership and never going back again. 8/12/25 11:50am

Does an average job, but seems like most car washes in Phoenix area are like this. Nobody outside to dry your car off, detail it, clean rims, etc. Free vacuums are great and the towels to dry car yourself. Coming from IL, they have a lot better places to have your car washed, like Delta Sonic. Hope new facility near Laveen will be an upgrade to the one on Baseline.

Place is a rip off. Went there for first time and paid $22 for a wash. Only the driver side of the car was was working and it didn't even clean the one side very well. You are better off washing your car at home then spending money at this place.

I drive for Uber & they have a deal on monthly pass & it's great that I can keep my car clean daily if not every other day..if you want a presentable ride get the monthly membership it's great & hassle free.. I appreciate their service..

This site has horrible customer service. Manager Chris or Kris is extremely rude and will get in customers face with attitude for no reason. Definitely not how customers are supposed to be treated and definitely not how a site should be managed.

I like to go wash my car, but I just hate how they have men standing at the machines to help you like we cannot do it ourselves. I mean, they shouldn’t be standing there unless we wave them down because some of them are just being perverts trying to flirt with you and some of us don’t want help that’s why I stopped coming there.

Great place to get a wash nice employees and clean car wash
We just move to laveen from Alabama really like this part of town. I give them a 10 if I could awsome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
