Had an appointment with Alex as 12am today. Got there a little early and waited till ten after 12:00. We inquired as to our appointment. We were told Alex was not in his office. no one bothered to give any explanation or even bothered to ask if any one else could help.We waited a while longer. No one bothered to approach us as to our visit.
The whole staff that was present at this office gets a zero!!!! I will take my buisness to another branch and hope we find better service.

I have been customer with this credit union for 6 years! I love their customer service! Everyone is super helpful with any questions or concerns! At their Monroe branch teller name Laisha is always helpful and I love her attitude and her smile!

I have a car loan through oneaz and well my exoerience with the customer service was not good. I would have done 1 star but i should've known better myself so i won't put all the blame on them. I bought there route 66 warranty after Alex told me how great it was and how it covered everything. Forward to last week when i take my car in for an issue and they said the warranty does not cover diagnostics, which is about 190 for each issue! The service manager said that its odd that they have a 0 deductible but don't cover diagnostics. So now I'm out 1k$. Every other warranty I had charged a deductible and civers everything else. I feel like alex should've let that be known, both good and bad parts of it. Also i thought I signed for a 48 month loan and somehow I didn't notice that it was changed to 60 month. If you come here, super check all your paperwork because they can be sneaky to get a sale.

Always good customer service whenever I come inside the branch. Alan always has a smile on and greets you. Alex is very informative about my loan and answers all my questions. I’m proud to be a OneAZ member.

I'm glad I went with OneAZ for my first car loan! I had the pleasure of working with Anthony who patiently answered all of my questions and helped me navigate working with a dealer and a credit union. While buying a car involves some level of stress, Anthony was always available and ready to hop on a call when I ran into problems. I'd recommend OneAZ to anyone looking into getting a car loan.
