A stealing issue is not my fault. Hire better security and don't blame your customers for your own negligence. I was buying things and was asked if I was an Arcadia high-school student. I said that I was and was told "you aren't allowed in here without a parent". I told her I am 18 and she didn't care. I am a customer like everybody else. So, if you choose to go to this place (though I would not recommend doing so), plead the fifth when it comes to your highschool location.

Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I take medicine that can't be cut off. Told that medicine would he ready by 5pm on Tuesday. Wednesday comes, I call to check on the refill. On hold 20 minutes and am told it will be ready at 1pm. I get inline at 1:25pm. The customer in front of me finishes and the lady running the register says I have to come back at 2 while the metal curtain is lowering. I complain to the head pharmacist who tells me the medicine is there but will have to be filled after 2. This is bar none the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Pretty degrading having a customer stand in front of you and start rolling down the curtain 1 foot from their face. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. You will save time by driving to another one.

Slowest pharmacy with the most people working.Came in around lunch 5 people working in the back and 5 people in line no one came to assist the older women to help shorten the line.

Always have great customer service here. The Pharmacists are wonderful and really caring. Shout out to Sandy for going above and beyond. You guys are the best.

As of my last visit, we are no longer using CVS for our pharmacy needs. I understand being short staffed, but I won't tolerate ineptitude coupled with a bad attitude. This store needs an unplanned visit from corporate.

Went in today for a 2nd Covid booster, along with my husband and 90 yr old neighbor. There wasn't a soul waiting and yet we had to wait and wait and wait. ( we all had appts after they canceled our first appt and I had to re submit all the info online all over again). Finally a very sour looking skinny older blonde woman came over. No greeting or anything, just looked at my elderly neighbor and said " which arm?" I've had all 3 Covid shots and this was the only one that hurt. Liquid was dripping down my arm after she gave the shot. No bandaid. She seemed very burnt out on her job. It wasn't even busy and she acted like we were putting her out because she had to give shots. Ugh... never going back to this place.

They no longer have in car Covid testing just so you know starting 3/16/22. You now have to go inside for testing which is less convenient. They claim for more of a patient care experience but you would think they care more about the patient by allowing us to test in our car to minimize risks. Makes no sense but oh well. Will choose another location from now on.

I wish I had read the other reviews before scheduling an appointment here. I went to the minuteclinic and each person I encountered had the worst customer service ever. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service.

Came in to get an at home covid test (website said they were in stock) and staff was super rude. I obviously wasn't feeling well already and it was the second CVS I had been to that said they were in stock and weren't. Instead of being somewhat understanding that the website had inaccurate info and this was the second CVS this happened to me at in the past hour, I was told "we've been out for 2 weeks. We're aware. Thanks". That'a enough to lose my business. I'd rather give my money to friendlier staff at Walgreens.

If I could give 0 stars to a location I would. If ANYONE is planning on getting a covid test from this location DO NOT GO HERE. The nurse CARRIE is an awful miserable woman who hates her job and people. I am astounded that she even works there still. She was so RUDE to me and screamed at me for not wearing a mask when I was trying to find one in my car. She kept complaining about how she had 4 positive test results in front of her like it was somehow my fault? Then denied seeing me because I was 5 minutes past the appointment looking for a mask in my car (keep in mind she didn't even come out to my car like she was supposed to). The lady clearly hates her life as well as her job and shouldn't be in an industry that requires empathy. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SEE CARRIE. CARRIE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

This is another CVS location that claims to offer moneygram services but would not fulfill my $500 receive order claiming they didn't have the cash or a money order machine. This is one of many stores not fulfilling MG orders. I will complain to corporate HQ as it's wasted several hours of my time due to misrepresentation of services and not honoring a contractual obligation. I finally found a CVS that would cash a Moneygram but 1 out of 10 is terrible.

I recently had to switch from Walgreens to CVS due to my insurance and I have never been so unhappy and frustrated with a pharmacy or pharmacist. This CVS seems to be worse than the others. They never pick up the phone. I usually have to call the store manager to get some one in the pharmacy to answer the phone and when they do they are extremely rude. Terrible service and if given the chance I would switch back to Walgreens in a heart beat.

Every single person I've talked to at this CVS was insanely unhelpful and rude. Before I could even ask this woman who was bored playing on her phone for help she cut me off telling me she doesn't work in that department. Insanely rude pharmacy staff as well.
