This park has improved! Cleanliness has increased, playground is well-maintained, and the area is manicured. However, homelessness and litter remain issues, with abandoned items and dog poop from irresponsible owners. Still, progress is noticeable, and we appreciate the city's efforts.

Our maintenace guy Lamart is awesome and was instantly able to fix our vent issue

Would of gotten 5 stars (almost unheard of from me) except that the cops were hanging out there.
