If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. I mean what is the purpose of an appointment if you’re going to be stuck waiting TWO hours just to be seen! I’m only here due to it being work related but don’t come here and waste TWO hours of your time just to be seen by someone. Absolutely absurd! I repeat do NOT waste your time coming here.

I already have bad anxiety I hate Dr.s and this place didnt make it better at all. I had an anxiety attack for ober an hour and they literally talked crap about me for it. Didnt even ask if I need ice for my pain (as I fell hard it workk) until 3 hours later when I finally saw dr. And the girl up front ? ?♀️. Lets just say I like the dr office even less

The doctors must hate their lives there. I was seen by 3 different doctors. All but one treated me like I was faking. One even said that I had no proof of the injuries, and i couldn't be in pain. Finally, after the 3rd visit, they had me do an MRI. In fact, I have a Herniated disc and was pinching the nerve. They wouldn't give me pain treatments. One doctor told me I needed to work out to lose some weight, and it would be better. After they couldn't do anything for me, they decided to send me to the specialist, which in that conversation told me that at anytime, they can drop me and close my case due to me not having Evidence to support my back pain.
Specialist is probably one of the best people ever.They put me on a treatment plan that gave me ideas they had me on an epidural as well as possible surgery for this process.
Also, the physical therapists there are awesome. They're a great team. They really worked co or hand with a doctor. One of the therapists wanted to try a couple of different things.But due to the doctor, they would not. They were not allowed to. All I can say is treat. People like humans guys. You don't know what we're going through. we come to you for a reason. Whether it's our employers or personally and to discount what we say, it really does hurt us. You were supposed to be light at the end of the tunnel for me bit and said you were just darkness and confusion.

This place is a complete NIGHTMARE! I fault myself for not reading the reviews & trying to pick a convenient location. SILLY SICK ME! Rude staff full of bitter gossiping unprofessional women. With the exception of one or two of the staff members, because I don’t even think 1/3 of them are actually Nurses, they likely barely became Medical Assistants by the grace of God, everybody seemed like they hated their jobs, do us all a favor & go get new ones because this industry clearly isn’t for you! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS!

This location does not care if you have an appointment or a walk in, everyone is treated the same. When you query about the long wait past appointment time, you are told that "we are short staffed today" but staff at the nursing station put their socializing with CO workers ahead of the patients.
It is also worth mentioning that patients can clearly hear word for word that is being said by staff at the nursing station.

I came here for a pre-employment physical APPOINTMENT. However, they don’t honor appointments. They will make you wait 3+ hours.

Dr Lance was professional, friendly and he didn't waste my time with games. Went in for a work injury and was able to get the care I needed in a timely and efficient manner. He didn't order endless needless tests, he verified the injury and listened to my past experiences and trusted my own judgement regarding my level of pain and ability to fulfill my work duties. Will the PT also showed all these traits and gave me just enough independence during my physical therapy to make me confident in my recovery. The rest of the staff where also very professional and showed the same level of respect I showed them.

I had an appt but still had to wait 2 hours just to pee in a cup for pre employment drug test . When I asked in what order are you calling people worker said everyone is here for different reasons and they need to see doctor . I said I have an appt and I just need to pee in a cup . I didn’t ask any questions till I was there for an hour and a half and everybody who came after me got called before me . I will never go there again !

I signed in at 3:45p.m... And it is now 8:04 pm.. I'm just doing a drug screen and it takes 5hrs? This is so sad.. and I'm pregnant.. Yaw need to get corporate down here

I was treated like a nuisance by the physician. The nurse started to treat me the same way after the fact that she was being nice prior to the physician seeing me. It happened at 7:30am 10/30/2024. "Kirby" was the physician and the on site nurse not the receptionists.

This place has been nothing but a huge headache every time I came here I been forgot about and took me 3 hours plus this is unacceptable and for these employees to think our time evolves around theirs when it clearly states appointment never gonna come back here again ima get a doctors release note to go elsewhere for this hernia and back pain I’m having this place is a joke

Jennifer , nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing with me today. Roxanne also was just Just awesome. The whole staff was basically just wonderful and I never felt so treated like a human being in a facility more than Concentra. They were all so kind and helpful to me. I couldn’t say thank you enough to them. I definitely would recommend Concentra specifically the location in phoenix by SKy harbor airport.
