The place was very clean. The lady in the front was very helpful and set expectations. Though she mentioned they were short staffed, patients were being helped really fast. I definitely recommend this location.

Bad customer services ever and theses people's had lie on a report and cause me my job for all lies I need the staff member name asap because I'm filing law sue against the company and this lady y'all better called me immediately this is Bougs what your staff members did it's all started due because they wanna me to leave my wallet and everything on a cabinet that I would never would trust these people's with my property and the file a report saying that I was so called being disrespectful due because I didn't want to remove my items and my hat and this is unacceptable and unprofessional for putting in Falses Reports and Falses Information and Falses complaints that never happened y'all have cameras in the urgent care and y'all could check the cameras I need the corporation to contact me because I need this person fired or suspended immediately or else law sued slwpuld be processed in and thank to Lord I recorded everything I would of rate y'all Zero 0 Star rate

Not sure what the name was of the girl working the front desk but she was very professional, had a super nice engaging positive attitude and really made me feel welcomed. The location was pretty empty when I arrived so I was in and out fairly quick. The process was very efficient, all the staff seemed to follow procedures during the screening very well. I would rate this experience higher if I could.
