Arrived at 8am when they open. There was a line of 6 people in front of me just to sign in. Only 1 employee behind the counter. It took almost an hour. Most places have you elk up, grab a clipboard, fill it out and done. No line. There are signs everywhere that aggressive behavior and violence will not be tolerated. Not sure if this is supposed to make you feel safe, but it makes you feel like this place is full of aggressive behaviour and violence. The place looks terrible, it seems clear that the owners put no profits back into the business or the staff, and it's just ran as a cash grab.

They got the job done but the one guy was rude, and we had to wait several hours to take a 10 min pre-employment drug test. If I could go somewhere else, I would have.

The staff, in my opinion, seemed to be understaffed but doing their best. Its a tough position and people can be lost. The staff was very professional even with some of the more challenging clients.
