My friend was treated insanely rude there by an older guy for simply needing help on guidance of selecting what kind of paper to use. Isn’t that the guys job…. to help customers with their printing?? Then, when my friend accidentally put in the email address wrong the guy literally told him to leave because he was wasting his time!!! LIKE WHAT?? I have never heard of such terrible customer service before, but honestly I’m not even sure if you can call that customer service since the guy never helped him and told him to leave the store!!

The old man running this shop could not have been ruder to me. He insulted me for not knowing the correct paper terminology and then proceeded to kick me out for “wasting his time” because I used the wrong email address. I was shocked at how I was treated and have no idea how this place is still in business with such a rude owner!

Amazing customer services, Speedy cards fliers etc. and they are extremely fair on pricing. I will be with this company until mine or there's is no more!!! Bravo

I have been using this place for years. Always efficient, always careful to be spot on. The best print shop relationship I have ever experienced. Not only that but the people working there have the greatest sense of humor.

13 black and white document papers. Expected to pay about $3, and was told it would be $12. An expensive mistake, the most expensive express print shop I've ever stopped by. Instant regret.
