Love the instructors, just wish there were a wider range of classes offered at a wider range schedule. There also are few non-heated options.

I recently had the pleasure of attending Kat's yoga sculpt class, and it was nothing short of fantastic. Kat's expertise, energy, and passion for yoga were evident from the moment the class began. Her ability to guide us through a challenging workout while maintaining a sense of mindfulness and tranquility was truly remarkable. The class was well-structured, with a perfect balance of strength-building poses, cardio elements, and yoga flow. Kat's attention to detail in each posture and her emphasis on proper alignment were greatly appreciated.Thank you, Kat, for your incredible yoga sculpt class. You are a true gem in the world of yoga instruction!Namaste,@angelinahova

The moment I stepped in the CenPho location door, I was welcomed by the teacher that night, Jordyn. It was my first class, using the unlimited week pass that they offer. The studio, other students and teachers here all exude a good vibe. During class, I love that the teacher refers to us as "Friends" or yells "You got this Monday night!" ~ that verbage creates camaraderie and a motivating atmosphere! Not gonna lie, I was challenged by the heat and moves...and loved it. I mostly took CP Yoga Sculpt classes at the 7th St & Missouri aka CenPho location. All the teachers I had (Meg! & a few others but I can't remember all their names) were inspiring and led us in a smooth flowing class with music that matched the energy of that kind of class. I took one CP Restore, a perfectly chill way to end the weekend. While in San Diego, I took a class at Point Loma studio - it was fantastic & comparable to super positive energy I experienced at CenPho. Also: how cool is it to be able to go to CP in another state while on vacay?!I also took one class each at Old Town Scottsdale & Paradise Valley CP studios. OT Scottsdale people were not as friendly. The PV location is ridiculously small, w/ two bathrooms & two showers, but no designated locker rooms w/ space to change AND bathrooms/showers in there, like the other studios. The Power Sculpt class there was not of the caliber I had experienced thus far:* instructor started/stopped the music throughout the ENTIRE class, which made it choppy af* instructor didn't address us as "friends" (isn't that their thing?) or use any kind of inclusive language* instructor played headbanging music that didn't inspire; the Yoga Sculpt classes I'd taken def incorporate high energy music but that kind of music was not motivating* finally the class just ended: the instructor was like "OK we're done" Boom. It was off putting. In the other CP classes I've taken, teacher cues the ending with an intention, a "namaste" or instructs us to touch our third eye. * this was only ONE class that I didn't like but it was just so UNLIKE the others, that it's worth mentioningIn conclusion! The one week unlimited pass was a phenomenal way to familiarize myself with the CP energy/community/style of yoga. The best location is CenPho/7th St. & Missouri, imo. On a mission right now, to find my next regular yoga studio, so trying those close-ish to me in midtown Phoenix. Thank you CPY: you are the ONLY studio that offers a free unlimited week!

I have taken countless classes at CorePower, but no one does sculpt quite like Taylor K. Her intentions are… well, intentional, but also always relevant and relatable. Her workouts are a guaranteed challenge and she always finds a unique way to switch up her class. She is helpful in suggesting form adjustments. You can always find her after class engaging with her attendees, talking about their lives, and literally knowing everyone’s name. Her classes are the best!!!

CorePower has an attractive model, but when the studios go the way of poor management, the yogis are expected to still pay the high membership fees, even though there's no consistency in trainers and classes are regularly cancelled. If you call to have this issue fixed, good luck... They'll just take your money... the trainers here are wonderful and this has nothing to do with them... This is the product of a corporate run yoga studio... go figure... many better options. Probably where the good, underpaid trainers that worked here, left too. 1. Inexperienced or inconsistent trainers 2. Overfilled classes.3. Inconsistency in classes. This could be a product of the management change over... but I would wait at least 6 months from the time of this post before returning.

I tried my first class recently and it was their Yoga Sculpt, what an amazing workout and my instructor, Lauren, was awesome! There's plenty of locations in the Valley but if you're near this one I do recommend it! Plenty of parking, friendly staff, and clean studio. I've already booked my next few classes!

I have booked a free week with this studio on Saturday, showed up for 2 of my classes which I signed up in advance for, and both times the entrance door was locked. The lights in there are on. I tried calling both times and no one is picking the phone!!! Awful and annoying! A waste of my time, and a waste of a sign up for a free week! What is going on here??

I decided to try CorePower Yoga studio during my recent trip to Phoenix. Booking the 5:45 morning class was super easy and my first visit was free! The yoga studio is situated in the corner of a strip mall and was clean and nicely decorated. There's plenty of parking! I was warmly greeted my the instructor Taylor K., whose bubbly personality and yoga combo challenges kept the class interesting, creating a unique experience. Her upbeat tune driven instruction style consisting of Chaturanga, Bridge, Downward dog, Warrior poses while using 3-5 lbs dumbells. It was a workout! There's a retail space in the lobby including sports bras, t-shirts and yoga pants. Water and yoga mats available for sale. I'll be back!

I love corepower so much. I got addicted to their yoga sculpt class about a year ago because of the intense calorie burn. I have since branched out and been taking all of their classes. There are beginner options but I really enjoy taking the C2 classes and learning new arm balances and challenging myself. The instructors are always welcoming and the studio is super clean with many amenities in the locker room.

Incredible studio, with very clean and new facilities and absolutely fantastic instructors, makes this a must do spot for your yoga practice. Every time I go I feel like a new person afterwards and regularly burn 650 calories in one sculpt yoga class. Love, love, love this place!

I am extremely upset with corepower communication services. First off, they don't answer the phone or voicemails. Second, they take so long to answer emails and do not listen to your directions when you are telling them what you want to do. I loved corepower but I will unfortunately not be coming back all due to the way they communicate with their students. Very disappointing company.

This is a corporation that treats you as just another number. I was a black tag member for 3 years. There is a false sense of community here. No one ever tried to remember me. I enjoyed hot yoga there before April 2020(lockdown started). During the lockdown once they reopened-they failed to correct their booking system. There was very limited amount of people allowed in the class. I would attempt to book my sessions and would regularly receive an alert that I was put on the waiting list but I was never contacted after that in regards to it being my turn to attend. I asked for a refund on these months or to only pay a drop in price the months when I only managed to get in ONCE because it was so difficult to book a spot. They denied my request. Again, I've been a black card member for 3 years and still they didn't care.

I sent an email to these guys about buying a gift card for my husband 3 days ago and no one ever reached out. Then I called them and there was a 45 min wait time. Also you can’t go in person to buy a card. Terrible service.
